Picked up 2 personal pan pizzas. They were tasty. My wife and I liked them a lot.
I love this place..my son will NOT eat pizza anywhere else. They are very receptive to any suggestions you may have to make your... experience exceptional. Like my son is Autistic and will not eat the pizza if to dark and only eats cheese pizza...when I orderthey put in my number and that info pops up...saving us having to wait for another pizza bcuz the first was wrong...??????? it'sthe simple s**t in life that makes people happy???? Two times I have asked for light cheese extra sauce...this is my cheese that I peeled off the top ( at least 3 cups). I... specifically asked the young girl working because last time they did the same. This light cheese in a ball ......I think theperson thinks it is funny as this the second time I have 3 cups of cheese..when I ask for light cheese. Looked at the pizzabefore...the girl that took the order put her head down....as a spoke to a gentlemen there about how to get a light cheesepizza. He offered to make a new one, but it was late at night. I am sure it was very funny to her! Read more
Normally, I would not complain but the entire experience was completely terrible. For starters, I paid for my order (including... tip) with Apple Pay. Upon arrival, the delivery driver told me that I had a balance of $3.99. I immediately contacted the storeto inform them that I paid in full with Apple Pay and I was informed that a portion of the drivers tip did not go through on thetransaction even though the entire amount had been taken out of my bank account. I asked if I could pay over the phone the $3.99so the driver could get his tip (mind you, the correct amount had been taken already). I was told by Tom that this was animpossibility and since I didn?t have cash to give the driver, the driver wasn?t going to receive a tip which really upset mebecause it?s not the drivers fault, nor my fault, that this was happening. Anyways, Tom had the driver leave and that was that.Halfway into eating my salad, I noticed there was a cockroach (see image) and immediately called the store. I spoke to Tom whoseemed shocked and apologized. I sent the images of the cockroach in my salad via text message and email; I was offered storecredit or a new salad which I politely declined because why would I ever eat there again? It?s very unacceptable that I was notallowed to receive a refund for my order and I am extremely disappointed with how everything unfolded. If you order from here,make sure you check your food thoroughly and know that if you get a cockroach in your food, you?ll have no option but to receivestore credit that you?ll never use. I travel to Northeast Ohio regularly and will definitely be supporting other establishmentsthat, not only treat their employees properly, but also make sure to hold themselves accountable. Read more
This visit was not the normal food we would have received. Our Pizza was not up to par , the pizza did not have sauce to almost... the edges and not enough on it . Was lacking in cheese and toppings, our chicken was dry with no garlic sauce on it. Ourbreadsticks were over cooked. Our order of cinnamon rolls were burnt. We did not call to complain as we are use to betterservice from Geneva. We figure they were having staff shortage or having a bad night. Read more
