I have to say, I know this place gets busy, I understand that they are understaffed. The people are polite enough some of the... time?.but literally always get something with my order wrong. Most times I don?t go back if it?s one thing but I've had to goback because they forgot two burgers and gave us a single instead of doubles. Today my meal was right but I didn't realize theyforgot a straw????. But I keep giving them so many chances-when the food is good and right it?s great! But 8/10 times at leastthey mess something up. Wait was a bit much. I don't know much about Wendy's food but I have never tasted a burger so bad in my life from a fast food... restaurant. The nuggets weren't bad but out of the 4 orders we got, never did they give us our sauces for the nuggets. Weordered the Biggie bag & that comes with nuggets, fries, a burger or chicken, & a drink. We were offered a crispy chicken withthe meal then the man tells us it's a blt. Come to find out it's what they call a crispy chicken, soggy chicken is more like it. Read more
Gross. The fries were not crispy at all, they were limp, undercooked, and disgusting, and the chicken nuggets were cold. Staff... moved at such a glacial pace, I had to wait at least 15 minutes standing awkwardly at the register, then went to the BATHROOMand came back and waited 5 more minutes to be acknowledged and have my order taken. Then they lethargically meandered around toprepare the food like zombies. Would not recommend this Wendy's. There were NO customers inside and I bet the locals all knowand avoid the place. This Wendy's was so bad. Bringing shame to Dave's good name and legacy. Zero quality control and LONG wait times. Orders all... wrong, nuggets undercooked, burgers instead of chicken BLTs, 5 slices of cheese on a chicken BLTs when we did get them. One hadno bacon. I mean that's the first part of a BLT and they forgot it lol. Read more
I cannot fathom how this place is still open. It has been declining for years now. They are always out of stuff. Before the... new fries, the fries were always way undercooked and soggy (sometimes still on the frozen side). I went today and for thesecond time, the chicken nuggets had an extremely foul taste. I don't know if they went bad or if they are cooking them withfish. The customer service is non-existent. Give me the money, here is your food, get lost. Food is overly greasy. I knowthat it's fries and burgers, but if cooked correctly, it shouldn't taste like grease or worse yet old fryer oil. Disgustingplace and rude employees. Don't go here. Read more
Poor place was understaffed and very busy at noon. Parts of our 5 person order were not done completely or properly. Took a few... trips back to the counter. I liked the baked potatos.i finished up one. I hope they can fix things up better for better service.I know times are tough. Read more
