I believe everyone should know that they are closing at 8pm "or later" apparently that's whenever they want after 8pm, 11pm is... incorrect. I think everyone should know that. So they don't waste a trip. Its almost unacceptable. Atleast if your gonnaclose that early change your hours on Google. I drive there for absolutely no reason. I give them less them 1 star. I love our Taco Bell, the employees are always so nice and rarely do they mess up the orders. The restaurant is always clean and... if they see a customer that needs help they courteously help. Read more
The food service depends on the shift your getting food from. sometimes i get some nasty food from there, either old, stale or... overcooked shells, or they skimp out on the vegetables and cheese, other times its amazing and filled with ingredients. It's sad when your order isn't right so you call and politely tell them that something was left out and a very unprofessional... childish little girl who claimed she was the manager starts off by being whiny and nasty then tells you not to expect her to benice and not to expect some sort of professionalism because "all of the employees that work here are only teenagers." Way tothrow your co-workers under the bus. There have been some very nice employees there! I don't believe that she is the managerand if she is that is a very poor reflection on the franchise owner.
