In the drive-through after paying for a shake that I ordered. And people were getting served behind me with full food orders and... I said there for over 15 minutes. If your looking for quick and not making many alterations to the basic menu this is a good place. The staff is friendly but when... it is busy the food orders get mixed up and wrong. I have gotten raw chicken a time or too from this establishment so definitelycheck food before leaving. 9/10 the staff where friendly tho. Read more

I went to this sonic drive threw yesterday and ordered a sweet tea with little on ice and got tea with no ice at all ! Had to go... back and ordered it again and got a tea with no sugar ! That's twice back to back ! I went inside and I asked for store managerand got nothing but lies and run around. I told them to keep the dang money and the tea . I left and told them that's pretty badcan't even make a drink . U all need to do ur jobs and stop playing with people's food and drinks , you lucky I'm not the ownerbecause I'd fire all of you! I didn't go to the Gentry Sonic for a very long time due to poor customer service. I am accustomed to ordering at a stall due... to driving a dually truck. My wife and I recently ordered two route 44 drinks. The stalls were empty but people were going tothe drive-up to order. We waited ten minutes until all of the drive-up customers had ordered (after we placed our order) andreceived their orders, before our order was finally brought out. I would have rated it zero stars if it were possible. Thiswill be the last time I ever patronize the Gentry Sonic. Read more
We used the app for half priced drink's and got food for 3 of us and it came to 40 dollars... 3 half priced drink's, 3 burgers... and 3 lg onion rings. We nearly fainted at the price. I'll just stick to the half priced drink's from now on. Read more
