Ada at the gentry location earned this 5 star rating. She is so pleasant and kind, no matter what kind of customer she has. When... we went in, it was almost closing time and there were quite a few in front of us. She was working the line by herself and had asmile the entire time and still managed to have a wonderful conversation with us. She is full of light and joy! If she isn?t amanager she needs to be one! Subway in Gentry use to be good but is going down hill quickly. I ordered online and I was missing a sandwich all the other ones... I got were sloppy just thrown together, mine wasn't even wrapped it was shoved in a paper bag with nothing around the sandwich.All of the sandwiches were messed up and not what I ordered. July 23 my husband and i went to this Subway after and number of issue we have had with cleanliness such flies frozen in... cambreos and employees reusing gloves, but finding hair in my food that wasn't even the person who made my food. My daughter brought me a chicken breast sandwich twice. First time there was no italian bread, the chicken we were given was... lunch meat, second time she brought me chicken breast toasted the chicken was in small chunks if it was even in there, it was sofull of spinach it made the entire sandwich spinach.
