Showed up and there was a school bus. Waited in line for about 25 minutes and the 3 people infront of us got tired of waiting... and left. No one ever can to the register and told us they were backed and it was going to be a X minute wait.. nothing.Starting talked to the Coach and he said they had been there for over an hour and nothing has came out. When I looked back therewere stacks of fries, rings, burgers just stacked in the warmer. We asked if they were going to start sending out food for thekids and they said "No there is only 2 of us and we are busy making the food" So this place only cars about making so it candie in the warmer... this was my first time here. I left before ordering so could not try the food, but as far as customerservice it was absent. I'm sure they won't have any teams stopping by, because they all talk and this is not a good look. Updating to 4 stars since last review. Tried the place again and it was definitely better. We ordered (online) a couple... burgers, some Banana milkshakes, and some BBQ wings. When we got there to pickup, food was just coming out the kitchen. Theemployees verified the order and quickly made the Banana milkshake (which was awesome cuz some places just have them sit there,melting), handed us our food, and we were on our way. We stopped here on our way to Seattle - Fatburger makes their burgers to order so wait times are a little longer but we knew... that before stopping here. Staff was super friendly! Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Read more
Stopped by the drive-through and it took them 10 minutes to take our order. Then it took them another 20-30 minutes to make our... food. There was about 4 staff members working at the time and they didn?t seem organized. Granted, it seemed quite busy insidethe restaurant but the staff seemed to be running all over the place. It is about 100 degrees outside so we expected to at leastget our drinks right away while we waited and nothing. Since they took a while to make our order I expected it to be fresh butour hamburgers and fries were cold like they had been sitting out for some time. The cold hamburgers were ok. The burgers were delicious and their shakes were kid approved. At first I thought it was pretty pricy but then I saw the serving... sizes. Worth every penny. Read more
Burgers were good. Cashier was very friendly! Longer than usual wait times due to short staffing and they don't cook your food... until you order. Much better quality than your average McDonald's that's for sure! Read more
Honestly the burger was pretty flavorless. We went with a group and we agreed the burgers were not good, but the fries and... milkshakes are what we would get if we went again. I added cheese to my burger and they forgot. Service was painfully slow. Itwas fine that we had time to wait that day, but if you are expecting to grab some food and be back on the road in 30 minutes-this is not the place for you. I got my burger with everything on their list of normal toppings. The only thing I world have added was more mustard. I got the... large burger, fries and Maui-banana shake. With the Maui in the name I expected it to have a banana-pineapple mix. But nopineapple. The shake was good anyway. Read more
