I could not have been more impressed with this restaurant. It was clearly a family run affair. When I told them about my... severe food allergy (eggs), They went OUT OF THEIR way to ensure that there was no cross contamination and the food they servedwould be safe to eat. They genuinely cared about the customer experience and it showed. Staff was very personable and clearlywanted us to enjoy ourselves. The food was AMAZING and I can't wait to go back next year. My family stopped here on our road trip and I am honestly upset that we don't live closer. Absolutely amazing food all around,... quick service, and extremely kind and lovely staff. The birria tacos were incredible and the milanesa (a thin breaded chickendish) was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. We will definitely stop here whenever we pass through George. 10/10! Read more
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and with my buddy having a massive food allergy they came through and made sure he... was in good hands. And that wasn't the best part, the Quesa-birria was the best thing I've ever eaten in the great state ofWashington. I went right back the next day and I'm going again tomorrow. Wish I lived nearby. This little restaurant was recommended by a friend and I am glad I went. The staff are very friendly and very helpful if you... don't know what something is they let you know in detail so well that you can taste what they are describing. Authentic fare and prompt friendly service. Chicken enchiladas were delicious, had a little more spice than generally like but... they favor was so good I couldn't stop eating. The complimentary fresh apple with honey after our meal was a sweet treat. Read more
