I got Jake's famous steak & cheese (Da Bomb). It's suppose to come with Mushrooms, pepper & onions and also asked for hots -... they missed everything but the steak and cheese and very skimpy for the price. I will think twice before getting a sandwichthere. Read more
Went in at 9:10 am and no breakfast sandwiches in warmer. Asked woman in kitchen to make two. She was unpleasant AND was wearing... her mask on one ear. No mask. Took 10 minutes and one sandwich was wrong. Woman cashier not wearing a mask either. Customers notwearing masks. Don?t go here if you want a safe experience! Read more
Went in the other day at 9:45am, there were no breakfast sandwiches in the warmer. I asked the unpleasant woman behind the... counter if I could order one and she basically refused to because she was cooking hamburgers. Not very good customer service. Gothe extra 3 miles to the New London Jakes- they will make you a fresh breakfast sandwich at 9:45am, even if there ARE breakfastsandwiches in the warmer. Read more
Passing through from Boston to VT. Just a few minutes off the highway, I found a really good deli sandwhich (ruben) inside a gas... station! Jake's has super nice people, it's super clean, and very reasonably priced. If I ever pass through again, you bet I'llstop. Read more
Loved this store! The deli was terrific. I had a turkey club, which was fantastic and made just the way I asked for it. My... husband had a delicious bacon cheeseburger, he said. We both loved what we got. The line to check out was not long at all, norwas the wait for the sandwiches. There are lot of things in the store, including market items and snack items. Georges Mills Jakes- Absolutely love their deli food. Terry makes the best sandwiches. I love the fact that there are always so... many options in their cold and hot cases. They cover any cravings you have and don't complain when it comes to a custom order.Alot of places won't cook breakfast after a certain time and the Georges Mills Jake's they will make it for you no matter thetime (at least Terry will) Read more
