Quaint, charming place with lovingly prepared food. My salad included strawberries, pecans, and blue cheese with a delicious... balsamic vinaigrette and a huge thick slice of country-style homemade white bread with tangy red peppers baked in! They arefamous for this bread, deservedly! From what I understand, it's different each day. My friend had a basic breakast,, and hubbyhad a French Dip. Staff is amazing, atmosphere is antique, and they let you know your table is ready by text. Read more

You may recall that unique, off the beaten track restaurant that exceeds all your expectations for exceptional, ... made-from-scratch dishes? This is one of those restaurants. Breakfast burrito with great ingredients including, in my case, the green tomatillo salsa. We went a bit overboard sharing a waffle as well. :-) Very good coffee. I'm celebrating 5 fulldays ahead in the area. This will be our first "go-to" spot. Great service and setting. Read more

I ordered the turkey BLAT was delicious. My husband ordered the meatloaf and it was super salty. The service was good,... especially for being under staffed. Read more

$18 for a home cooked burger and a bag of chips. That was their ?buffet.? The kids ?buffet? was $10, same thing. It?s a meal I... could have made at home for $5. Not happy. Response from restaurant said: Response from the owner We tried to offer a buffet asan option for in-house dining because we do not have enough Staff to fully operate. There are other dining options in Georgetownthat you could have tried. We all are try... My response: Understandable, my issue was that the buffet was not advertised andthe price was not addressed at sit down. Explain what?s going on instead of just getting people in under the understanding theyare getting the full menu at a decent price. And offer more than burgers on your buffet or lower the buffet price to $10 Read more

This place was only ok for me. There was a wait on a Monday around noon (Indigenous Peoples' Day), which tells me it's one of... the better restaurants in this small town. They were out of their signature meatloaf by the time we got seated, but the half ofthe egg/bacon/waffle entree was solid and the chicken sandwich on a croissant was fine as well. Nothing to write home about buteverything tasted pretty much as you expect. Very reasonable prices as well, our bill for the 2 above items was $22. Servicewas really kind albeit a little slow?I think the kitchen had a backlog. Patio seating is nice and good social distancingindoors! Read more

Went hungry after a hike at a mid afternoon time. It was still busy around 2:00 with a short wait. My friend and I ordered... separately from the lunch and breakfast menu. I can speak to the breakfast, a great texture/consistency to the gravy and thebacon was perfect! Coffee was still good in the mid afternoon as well. It was worth a stop and would enjoy the patio if you havethe option to. Read more
