Eh.. gas pump didn't take credit card, went inside and waited in line. Self checkout customers were having trouble so the clerk... was helping them. Took multiple tries for the system to properly take my card. Clerk short and unpleasant. No soap in mens room. Read more
This gas station's EV pumps are still currently down and unfortunately there are no efforts from Royal Farms to get them updated... or working. The last update from their district manager was back in June. That actually shows the lack of urgency towards the EVcommunity. They've lost a customer on my end and a ton of referrals as I'm in the customer satisfaction industry with a largeaudience reach. Around 9:40 pm, on the way back from the beach, my partner and I decided to stop by for a break. I had a birthday reward that I... decided I could attempt to use. Walking by the coffee station, in front of the cash registers, I slipped and fell on my knees.It happened so fast. Knees scraped and having lower back pains. There were no wet floor signs. Only after I fell, did theworkers remember the spill and came out to clean and put a sign put. Ended up not getting any chicken at all because of theconfusion of what and how to order and the manager couldn't figure out how to make the app codes work. The floor is always dirty, the self serve soda dispenser always sticky, haven't used the bathroom lately bc last February it was... so dirty, unflushed ????, overflowing trash, and sinks and mirrors were also really dirty. I still go to this store bc they arenever closed. Prices are reflecting the era, meaning the way Brandon is trying to manage the government and his own family is abunch of crooks. Anyway I like this store. I just applied for a job, if hired i will clean up the soda dispenser. ???? Read more
Just got to shake your head at this place. Stopped to get some gas, no problem there. Went in to order some chicken, placed an... order and server starts telling me that they don't have any ready. Asked if they could make some and they said someone else hasto do that and that person was walking out. I'll just stick with other convenience store chains in the future. Never had aproblem like this in other locations. Read more
Used this Royal Farms a lot during early mornings on a recent trip. Mainly for the good coffee and "anytime" breakfast food.... Coffee being better than the food. The most disappointing thing was the condition of the men's bathroom. Filthy. For severaldays straight, its like they made no attempt at cleaning it. Ugh. Read more
Good gas price and has a mini grocery! Lighting in station at night is good and theres lots and lots of pump. There are parking... and sometime i stop by here for a power nap. Also they have a car wash that if availed gives you .20c a gallon discount for gasrefill. Very accesible, its by the main road and its open 24 hrs. Read more
Where to start. The gas pumps usually have problems. You are lucky if the card readers work. I had to go in to get the receipt... for the car wash. Then i find out it didnt even show i pushed the button for it. Thats because most of the buttons are worn out.Don't use the car wash here anyway. It doesn't work right. You will see in the pictures. I ordered food when I was there.Problems there too. They called my order and the sandwich wasn't there. Then they ignored me. They said I had the order whenthey did. So I waited and 2 numbers guess what. It was my sandwich which was on the order which she threw down. So I went to thecar wash. It did not clean my whole truck and it's a colorado. So it's not big. I will suggest going to wawa when it gets builtnear there. Read more
