I won't be coming back here. Not clean at all and has roaches. I found not 1 but 2 dead roaches in my son's sweet tea.
This place seems to only get my order right 30% of the time. This morning I came in and wanted two sauceage burritos and a large... caramel mocha. Somehow I got my burritos but I also got hot sauce with no drink. I didn't even ask for sauce. I also only hadone vehicle in front of me at the drive-thru and it took 15 minutes for me to even get to the window and then I had to waitanother 10 minutes for a receipt just to prove that I didn't get a mocha. At least I found out I didn't pay for it but I wasvery mad to see that I did not receive a drink with my food that I had asked for. So I ran down to Casey's to get my coffee inthe morning since my order fell on deaf ears. It's too bad this isn't the only time that this has happened at this establishmenthere in Georgetown. If they would take 10 seconds longer on a sandwich they would actually be able to put out decent sandwich. There was so much... ketchup on the McDoubles that inside of bag was covered in ketchup because sandwich was barely wrapped up. Creating a mess, hadto use the 2 napkins I got to wipe ketchup off to be able to hold. Was quite shocked by it because this is my favoriteMcDonald's in our area because my sandwich usually looks like the picture and you can tell was made with pride. Order is always wrong or missing something. Excessive wait times if you do curbside. Waited 30min for my food one trip.I like... the oatmeal but every time I order it they overfill with water. They also give me the apples that are for the kid meals... toobig to even fit in the cup. Today they didn't even give me apples. My large caramel macchiato was nothing but warm milk. I was not in McDonald's the other day like your GPS told you as it does more often than not!? I do go there on occasion for a... quick bite? They used to have great food but with all of the health issues they've drained about all the flavor out of the foodand with all of the automated stuff just to order your meals, yes I am a people person, I was a mechanic most of my life and Ilike taking to people and eating real foods with real flavor! Had a rough time ordering because the menu boards kept spinning through Lion King advertising and promos. The cashier was very... nice, food was ok, but a few more dead flies in the window sills than should have been there with good cleanings. Read more
I always wait about 15 minutes for food, even if it's only a few things. They always tend to tell me to pull up and wait (once... for a happy meal only we waited 20 minutes). Employees always ask me what my order is when I get to the window, and seemconfused. Inside is always dirty (food on floor and in booths). Read more
