I eat here all the time (curbside pick up) and I realized the other day they have been charging me for food I did not get. I... ordered a 3 piece chicken strip basket. I did not get my fries because they were out. Before I paid I asked ?I won?t be chargedfor the fries right? and she said ?no charge for the fries?. I look at the receipt and they charged me $12 for 3 pieces ofchicken and it said on the receipt ?chicken strip basket?. When I called about it the lady put the phone down and said ?oh nothey are asking about the price?. Like they KNEW they stole from me! So apparently when they are out of fries they will stillcharge you for them. This has happened numerous time to me. Very poor ethics. Check your receipts. I will never eat there again.Lost my business (which was 2-3 times a week). Thanks for the ?credit? on my account but you can keep the $5. I don?t need to beeating at such an establishment! Side note: when I called to place the order I asked to pay over the phone and they guy said tome ?it would be easier if you came in to pay when you get here, I get off soon?. This place has been on my radar for a while but I've never had a chance to get out here till today. And I am very happy today... happened. The service out here is top notch. Smiling friendly faces eager to help. The food here is quite tasty. I had an 8-inmeat lover and substituted ham instead of ground beef. Absolutely scrumptious. Full of flavor and absolutely delicious! Perfectmix of toppings spread out throughout the whole pizza. We also ordered the parmesan bread bites. Very tasty as well. Also on ourtable was a barbecue chicken pizza minus a few toppings and a vegetarian pizza. They were also very good and did notdisappoint! Our server Kameron, not only can knock you out with her beautiful smile, but she's so attentive and makes sureeverything is right when she brings it to the table. Great pizza in a friendly atmosphere! First off, the service was excellent and my waitress was very nice. The backyard BBQ... pizza was cooked perfectly and the crust is one of my favorites, as far as local pizza is concerned. The fried pickles weregood but a little overcooked. Beer prices are reasonable but the draft beer selection is not so good, need more Indiana beerssuch as Sun King, Upland, etc. Dropped 1 star being one of our plates wasn't cleaned fully, still had a little bit of cheesestuck to it from a previous customer. We eat here all of the time and get carry out. Tonight picked up carry out. The food was not fit to eat. Wings were burnt and... covered in sauce to disguise them. Could not even chew them. The pizza had little sauce and little cheese and burnt on thebottom so dry could not eat it. Called to tell them. The manager kept giving an excuse that they were buying different productsnow and they knew there was a problem with the items. Have had many complaints. She says she did not doubt that I was tellingthem the truth but to give them another try. Never once offer to make a $30 meal that was not fit for a dog to eat good. Wellafter years of continued business to help keep you in our community. I am done. Clearly this was an employee issue. The placewas not even busy 2 cars in the parking lot. Someone should teach the management that customers come first apparently she wasfull of excuses and said this is what the owner told her was wrong with the products lately. BE SURE TO HAVE THE BACKYARD BBQ PIZZA! We also had the fried mushrooms - best I've had! The blackened chicken alfredo was... amazing - my only suggestion is not cut the chicken - let it be seen, but if plating is my only complaint... Friendly staff. Great service. Read more
I?m a local and this place has been around for a good while now. When it first opened it was very lively and attracted a lot of... people. The food is good and staff is great. But I really feel that recently the quality and attraction has gone down hill. Themenu isn?t as broad anymore at all. A bunch of stuff has been taken off. A lot of times things are run out of. I really do feellike there are a lot of things that this business can do to make it very successful again. (Example:adding new fun creations tothe menu, turning the ice cream place into a sit down bar, live music, games!) I?m hoping they implement things that can attractmore people because it really does have the potential to be great again. It?s in a great spot and the establishment looks greatall around.
