I have spent too much time, trying to register a complaint via the McDonald?s website. I jumped through all the hoops, and put... in all of the information and details about my experience only for it to ask me again what location I was reporting on. So whenI choose my location again, it takes me right back to, the same page where I select the contact us option. So I put in all of myinformation again only to be asked for the location AGAIN and have to start the whole process over . The phone number for thislocation doesn?t work. It is beyond frustrating! I am convinced that McDonald?s absolutely does not want to hear from us atall! My experience for the day was gross! Thankfully my granddaughters happy meal was fine. I had ordered the dressed quarterpounder. It was super pink inside which was alarming. But I have had less than well-done burgers before so I started to eat theburger anyway. Until I found a facial hair in it! gross! Not to mention that the burger was put together in such a sloppy mess! 10am Tuesday August 16 2022. Order 2 breakfast burritos combo. I wanted a mcfrappi. They said machine way being cleaned. Wanted... our recipe, the recipe machine was broken. Then our burritos were not very good. They wasn't folded, they were rolled, andthey used regular cheese slices instead of Cheddar. And all we could taste was cheese. Very disappointed. So I?m giving 5 stars, it?s weird how several of the customers put 1 stars, Place was cleaned, everything restocked. Nice and... quiet, order was out quick, I order a big Mack meal and a frappe, fries were hot and the burger was good, it was all done rightand nothing hard(as I saw the other reviews saying it was hard) only one problem, was that there was no menu, but the lady tookout the menu on paper real quick. They were rude, slow and didn't care at all. The dining room is dirty all tables. No sweet tea in dinning room. Manager told the... only employee doing his job, to get away from the counter and force people to use the kiosk. After asking for sweet tea theywalked to the kitchen and never came back or brought sweet tea back out either. Awful experience today. Read more
I'm not a fan of McDonald's. I haven't been for years. I made a deal with my 6 year old and she earned a happy meal. The drive... thru looks like they're padding their times by taking between 2-4 orders and getting them served and out before taking the next,so there's always a bit of a wait. But as far as the food goes, it met all expectations for McDonald's food ???? Read more
Tea almost always taste overdone, old and unsweetened and food hardened a lot of times (bread, buns etc). That's bad enough but... when a restaurant doesn't clean up before they close in areas costumers will be in then you have to question what isn't gettingcleaned behind the scenes. These pictures were at 8 am so not late enough for running out of toilet paper and definitely notlate enough for fries to be on the floor yet. Read more
The Edwardsville McDonald's is one of my faves. They are quick and accurate. I'm a morning customer who can't use the drive... through and their lobby hours have been a bit "irregular" lately...I placed an online order only to find the lobby locked andcurbside pickup not available. I won't hate on them because i think it was because they were short staffed but I've had to gowithout breakfast twice now. Lol. Hopefully they get back to their normal excellent level of service soon. Read more
