I ordered dinner for the family and was quoted an estimated delivery time. A short time later, I received a text stating that... my order was ready at 6:30 and out for delivery. Then I received another text that informed me that Doordash would bedelivering on behalf of Pizza Hut. The Doordash delivery took 38 minutes to get to my house. I assume this was because of otherorders they delivered which delayed my order because I live less than 8 minutes from Pizza Hit. When the pizza arrived, almosttwice as long as I was quoted, the pizza was cold. I called the store and they told me it was a problem between me andDoordash. I asked why would it be my problem with Doordash when I paid Pizza Hut to deliver a pizza and it was their choice toutilize Doordash. I was given a short answer and was basically told to call the next day when the general manager was around. The communication was disappointing, the delivery time was unacceptable, and the temperature of the food was abysmal. This isnot the first bad experience at this location but it seems to get worse and worse every time. Read more

Never ever again. Absolutely horrible experience. Was brought the wrong order. Called and they said my order is at the store... and they will send it right away, be here less than 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, still nothing. I call the store and theyinform me they actually won't be bringing my order and that they lost my phone number so couldn't call to tell me. Read more

Would be nice if they would simply answer the phone and when they do, they make it wrong. Not just once, but the whole month... long. I went 3 Fridays ago, and they messed my order up. So I went again the following Friday, same result. Last Friday, samething. And today my pizza came w only cheese on half? Do not spend your hard earned money here. I just ordered a large pizza with 2 toppings. I was charged almost $20 dollars on the phone for a in store pickup. Walking in a... sign on the door read "ONE LARGE PIZZA ONE TOPPING $7.99". This store not only tried to charge me $12.00 Dollars for one extratopping, they had the nerve to imply it was my fault for not knowing the specials over the phone. Yes the price was adjusted andyes the pizza was ok but the robbery at the counter made the whole thing make me wish I had gone to Bearno's just right down thestreet. Shame on you Pizza Hut. We are your customers for crying out loud! Read more

The pizza was still warmish after the 45 minute drive home, the food tasted great and from what I could tell by candle light... (the power was out), the toppings were spread out perfectly. The staff were friendly and fast. They did their job and made nofuss. This is greatly appreciated. This has become our go-to when we need to pick up food on the way home through Georgetownbecause of the reliability and consistency of what we are going to get. Read more
