In regards to John Evans? review from a few weeks ago, I believe I was there that day. I had a great experience. Someone was... crying when I pulled up. Turns out the guy before me ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no pickles. He was a jerk to her. Iassume she was upset because things were stressful (it was busy, and, like most places, they were probably understaffed). Still,however, she did an amazing job. I told her that I was incredibly sorry that people in his specific age group no longerunderstand human decency. All in all, I got my food. If there was any way to give zero stars, i would. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker, and began placing my... order. Immediately, the lady said "I'm sorry, i need to put you on hold for a minute." About 10 minutes later (not anexaggeration), she came back, and took my order. When i finally got up to the first window, she told me that someone had cut inthe line, and i would have to wait on my food. When i asked how long, she didn't answer me, and began talking to someone on herheadset. When she turned around to hand me my change, she was literally crying! When i pulled up to the second window to get myfood, the guy working the window asked me what i had, i told him, and then he practically threw a bag at me. When i finally gotback to work, i found out that no part of my order was correct. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no pickles, and it wasloaded with pickles. I also ordered (and paid for) a large order of onion rings with the zesty dipping sauce. They gave me asmall order, and no sauce. I tried calling the restaurant numerous times, but they would not answer the phone. By this point, iwas so disgusted by the whole experience, i threw it all away, and went to Wendy's. I see there is a lot of negative reviews at this time (8/7/22) but I just had a wonderful experience here. We stopped by on our... way traveling towards Cincinnati and the male employee was super friendly and helpful. I never knew there were TWO your wayburger options. The food was super fresh. I can't believe the nuggets weren't rock hard like at normal BKs Not to mention theSouthwest has crunchy tortillas on it. They were normally soggy and not noticable at other times. I just placed an online order they will not pick up the phone they didn't put anything besides a burger and a juice inside all 3... kids meals forgot straws and one burger and just picks and hangs up the phone Read more
Super slow service in the drive through. Asked us 3 times if we ordered the wrong order.
My husband and I rarely eat at Burger King, but stopped in for a quick take out while traveling. The young male employee was so... kind and helpful to answer all of our menu questions. The food was good and it was a nice experience! Read more
Ordered a Bacon croissiant with bacon only, it had one tiny slice of bacon on it. I also ordered Cini- minis but they were hard... as rocks. I took them back to the counter and the manager informed me that those were day old and she would get me some freshones baked this morning! Like why were you giving me day old ones to begin with.
