Giovanni?s has my favorite pizza. In particular, I recommend the sausage as a topping; Giovanni?s sausage tastes better and is... not chunky to where it falls off when eating. I?m also a big fan of the lasagna. While I have no complaints about the food, Iam not a fan of the drive-thru set-up. This is more the fault of Bluegrass Liquor Box on the other end of the building. Afterleaving Giovanni?s drive-thru, one must drive around the rear of the building and the other side, where the liquor store has adrive-thru of its own. The problem here is that if there are cars in this drive-thru, there isn?t adequate room to pass by,meaning one has to wait until all the cars ahead have cleared out. This is a very poor and inconsiderate design. Unfortunately, currently customers cannot enter the Giovanni?s store, so drive-thru is the only option for pick-up. Read more
I'm from philly, so whenever I'm somewhere new, I always try a cheesecake to see how it compares. Now this is partially my... fault, because I had someone else pick up the order.I ordered a cheesecake with fried onions, and a order of wings. I was toldthat they don't have fried onions, which I thought was weird because you just put the onions on the grill, but anyway. I askedwhat came on the cheesecake, because some places put weird stuff on it. I was told that it's just sauce and cheese. So I askedno sauce just cheese and steak nothing else. What my partner picked up for me was an order of wings and a small pizza with nosauce on it. And the receipt says cheesy sticks. I was picking up food to eat when I was down the road later, I only stopped inthe Lexington just to fuel up and swap out some of my stuff at our company's yard.. I sat on hold for 11 minutes before I hungup trying to call to get the situation rectified. I couldn't even tell you what the pizza tasted like, I left it in the loungearea for the other drivers. It?s hit or miss here. Delivery is good and reliable but the pizza sometimes just tastes off like rubbery. Idk there are only... two Giovanni?s I?ve tasted the rubbery style pizza at and it?s here in Georgetown and then there?s on in Lexington?s that?sdisgusting. The food is good but when I called to order the automated message said if I used their app I would get 20% off my first order.... So I downloaded the app, created an account and placed my order. No discount code was given. When I picked up the order thestaff said they didn't know anything about 20% off and would not honor the discount. The dining room/buffet is still closedbecause of short staffing. Read more

I liked the pizza more than my husband. I did enjoy the special of a 19 in pizza and two sides for $25. The pizza was huge and... they cut it in squares which made it easier to eat. They have a convenient drive-thru as well. Read more
I recently moved to Georgetown and was looking for good pizza for delivery. Giovanni?s was a great pick! Delivery time was good.... Pizza was so yummy! I ordered garlic bread and was expecting the big pieces and when I opened the box they were minis!!! Whichis so cute and even better lol. I ordered the cinna-stixs and i?m not sure where the cinnamon part comes in to play because theywere kind of just bread sticks with icing. Still pretty good though. Will definitely order again!
