The absolute slowest panera I have ever been to. This panera is extremely unorganized, the workers spend most of there time out... in the dining room with their friends. But in a savings grace the food is great as always. Read more
I got my usual - half Mediterranean veggie sandwich with a bowl of broccoli cheese soup. My girls shared a large macaroni and... cheese with a bowl of broccoli cheese soup but started eating it before I was able to take a picture. The bread for thesandwich was much thicker than I usually get when I go to Panera and order the same thing. I?m not sure why, maybe it was justcut thicker. The girls loved their macaroni and broccoli cheese soup. They like to put their shell noodles into their soup andeat it together. There was no line on Labor Day and barely anyone inside so it was easy to find a booth and the wait for thefood wasn?t too long. We dined in tonight a the Georgetown location and it began with waiting an inordinate amount of time to place our orders. There... were MANY employees going in and out of the kitchen area but only one young female assigned to take orders with no one to helpher. I got the chicken and avocado BLT which had a thick layer of salad greens and a few thin slices of chicken. There was avery thin slice of avocado on only one side of the sandwich. The two tomato slices were also very thin and not ripe. It?ssummer! Why the unripened tomatoes? I took my sandwich back and asked for more avocado, which I received. Finally tried the new chicken sandwich. I loved it! The edges are crispy which I thought was interesting. The chicken was very... moist. I switched the lettuce for spinach and added tomatoes with extra aioli. The grilled cheese was way thicker than I thoughtit would be but it was good. I added cucumbers and boiled egg to my Greek salad. I also tried the new Mango Yuzu Citrus ChargedLemonade and it was sweet all by itself which was shocking. Read more
Quality at this location sub par.... Over and over and over again we've tried going back... Sad to say but better to go to local... gas station or fast food and pay half and get similar quality.... Plus with the issues I've had Panera has been contacted andthey've done nothing to resolve the issues at hand.... Gave them another shot February 2019 and service was a little better andthe food was a tad better, still off from the other locations across the country but hopefully a step in the right direction.
