The food came out quickly as we ordered on our kiosks and everything was made to order. Our order was labeled wrong but... thankfully I caught it before my vegetarian GMA ate my burrito. My burrito was wrapped poorly as well. However, the music wasgood and the restaurant was clean. Also both locks on the women?s restroom stalls were broken and the sink hardly worked. Read more

Horrible. Ordered pickup this evening and waited 20 minutes after food was supposed to be ready. Many employees were there but... they were all on their phones. Several were sitting and lounging with their feet up where the food was being made, also on theirphones. Couldn?t get anyone to help. They blatantly ignored customers coming in to order. I don?t expect a fine diningexperience at taco bell but this was unreal. Read more

Was there November 21st 2022 , ordered 4 Dorito tacos supreme and it looked liked a rhinoceros jumped up and down on them . They... were smashed up and falling apart . The staff was unprofessional and clowning around . I seen the pudgy little girl with blue inher hair and w was ring the headset slam my stuff in my bag . Came thru about 3:30ish & ordered a nacho fry box. The person wing the window his name was dalton , said he was a manager and he... didn?t know much about the nacho fry box. Well I told dalton the burrito was not in my bag , not knowing the burrito comes intothe box. After I had told dalton that the burrito was not in there he just had seen the one that was in my box. So, Dalton toldI guess the person making the food that the burrito was not in there to the heavy set guy, a manager I?m assuming he was dressedlike one he said it was in the box I told the manager that it was not in the box he told me they told him it was in the box,from there I told them they was wrong the guy working the window who said his name is Dalton told me ? let me have them makethat for you?. I was being very unreasonable and told the manager demanding my burrito , I heard the heavy set guy tell themanager he wasn?t making the burrito because it was in the box well I told the heavy set guy it wasn?t in there and he cussed atme and said ?the burrito is in the box bruh ?. I said it?s not your wrong then after dalton the manager I?m assuming turned hisback and from there the other manager. The other manager ( Ben) acted like he was gonna come at me violently. From there daltonand another manager broke up the situation and escalated it by getting between us. Dalton then issued me a refund and as he wasdoing so the heavy set guy was cussing at me in the background and Dalton told him to clock out and go home. Dalton was kind thewhole time through this rough battle he was very kind and compassionate with me even through hard times he was good to me andtook great care of me today. Thankyou dalton your doing a great job I know you said your a new manager but you was very good tome and handled it well. I came through about 3:15 or 3:20 last night the person that was in the car infront of me was being very rude to the customer,... cussing trying to fight the customer, he was a heavy set Hispanic looking dude he had long hair was hanging out the window helooked like a manager but he was arguing and reached out the window at the guy and I saw another manager had a collared shirt onhe had black hair and orange nails on but he got in between the customer , and the other manager that was being unreasonablewith the customer. The manager that had the collared shirt on was very kind and handled the situation very well and wasprofessional and he made it right with the customer I?m assuming , very kind person he was still polite even in a stressful timeI can tell he takes care of his customers I heard the manager I?m assuming in a collared shirt tell the unreasonable manager toclock out and go home, great job to that manager ! Very fast services, very respectful people etc . I?ll be back because I knowI?ll always be taken care of by him !!!! Read more

I really love the food here and everything is so fast but the seating is so uncomfortable and the decorations are so ugly now.... This is not the only Taco Bell like this and this is not the locations fault. But if you want good quick food that's almostalways accurate this is a really great place. Read more

I've been stopping at this place for years after I get off night shift at Toyota. I rarely complain about anything or leave... reviews on anything but my last time going through the drive thru made me not want to go there anymore. My food is almost alwayssoggy and I haven't been able to get a freeze there since December. The last time I ordered a drink the kid at the window wasoverfilling and not putting the lids on right so a bunch of water got all over me and inside my car when he handed it to me. Idkjust don't go there at night or the drive thru imo. Read more
