Food is good as far as wafflehouse food goes. The atmosphere is about the only thing that could improve. The restrooms are dirty... and the amount of bleach used in the bathroom burned my eyes. Our waitress was very nice and kept up with us. Even though she had only been out of the hospital a couple of days. Owners - please please clean this place!!! It smells like there is a dead animal back by the restroom. We moved up by the... glass and it was a little better. Next.... the cook was soooo slow!!! Only doing one thing at a time. There is only 2 tablesand 1 to go order. So far, it's been 36 minutes with no food yet. You might want to work on this. We won't be back for awhile. I like it less and less, I have noticed that they do not have the same number of staff as before and perhaps this is due to the... poor quality of service. people are nice but they get swamped with so many tasks, and I know it because I see it. 1 singleperson prepares so many things. The first detail I had a year and a half ago was that they gave me coffee in a dirty cup sinceit had lipstick on it and that day I didn't have lipstick on, I just went to try my coffee and I realized it. shortly afterthis they began to take a long time to serve the food, the time before my last visit the bread of my sandwich was almost burnt,this last time my coffee was cold once they served us the food, they never returned to serve us or asking if we needed anything,one of my children had to go to the counter to ask for more food than we wanted.
