Hadn't been there for a couple of years so we thought we'd give them another chance. Ordered our pizzas and drinks, after we... were served our drinks our server came back to let us know that the special on pizzas had expired and our pizzas would becharged at regular menu price. Costing us 1/3 more than what they were when we ordered. Our server provided excellent serviceand was very nice and polite. As I had remembered from previous visits there, the darn flies were out of control and most ofour time was spent shooing them away. They also seem to have changed their sauce and crust, and not for the better in ouropinion. So, excellent service from our server, but everything else sucked. Read more

Service was great. Our server was very attentive and the food was good. I gave a 4 star because I felt the crust on my pan... pizza was a little overcooked. All in all, we will definitely go back there next time we want Pizza Hut. Read more
Got a large stuffed crust pizza with a garlic butter crust and a 4 pc garlic bread with cheese. My little blonde waitress was... peppy and adorable. She even made my pizza herself. It was a good experience and only cost 23$ including the drink. The lobby isopen so you can finally have a nice meal out. 5 stars for service and great tasting food. When I called Pizza Hut to place my order the call went to a call center where they could not take my order but directed me to... the Georgetown Pizza Hut directly. I was on hold for 36 minutes before anyone answered. By this time a was in the parking lotgiving my order. After waiting for 20 minutes, I picked up my pizzas and went home. We had 19 very hungry people waiting forpizza! The order was all wrong!! I ordered 6 pizzas and only one was correct. I called to speak to the manager and was on holdfor over an hour, which by now was 11:00pm (closing time) !! I?ll try again tomorrow!!! Read more
