Last Friday, it was 11:26 am when I paid for my order at the drive thru. I was told to wait about 4 to 5 minutes for my order... and proceeded to the parking lot. Other guests were also waiting for their orders. 20 minutes later I had a server come ask mewhat I ordered and then go back in. I got my order after waiting 27 minutes. The onion rings were cold and the batter wasovercooked and crumbled off of them, I didn't get any bacon on my double mozzarella burger, the patties were unseasoned andoily, the lettuce was mostly the thick white part and my tomato wasn't ripe. Worst restaurant in town! Service could not be any worse. Went through the drive thru, only car there and maybe 4 people inside... the restaurant. Ordered 2 breakfast meals, told to park in front and they'd bring it. My wife had to go in twice.... thesecond time, they just started the order!! TWENTY MINUTES we waited for our food. Again, we were the only car and less than 5people inside. We would have left but had already paid. We'll NEVER go back to this place. Absolutely awful!!! Read more

Imagine waiting all day and all night for onion rings, craving them wherever you go and when you finally get there they say... their out. That?s what happened to me but then they went into the back for me and found some and got me my holy onion rings. Iwould give a 10 star rating if it was possible. Very good food. Read more
Typical A&W location. The food and the service, are mediocre, and good luck getting what you order, or trying to get it... fixed. For some reason, the wait for drive-thru orders is quite a lot longer than one would expect. I don't know what theirprocedures are, but when the food does, finally come out, some of it is cold and soggy. Things should come out quickly and atthe proper temperatures. On the plus side, the apple turnovers are way better than McD's. Unfortunately, the price, at thislocation, is higher than at other A&Ws around. Read more
