Very unimpressed. Ordering was fine and food was good but I won?t be going back to this establishment. After paying for our food... they forced us to pay a second time even after showing PROOF of payment via transactions. Completely unprofessional don?trecommend going here if you want to save your money. Lost 40$ for and extra two burritos we didn?t even order. I?ve come to this location twice now, the first time I tried a ground beef quesadilla and the ground beef was watery and... tasteless. The second time I ordered the crunchy chicken burrito and the chicken was still frozen by the time I started eatingit. Good food, but don't trust their customer service. In June, I placed an order for two burritos through UberEats. Adding... guacamole to each and ordering two extra guacamoles on the side added $10 to the order. I then got a call from the store sayingthat they were out of guacamole and if I would just add a note to the next order, they would provide it for free. As I didn'tfeel like dealing with the mechanics of UberEats refunds at that moment, I agreed. This week, I ordered again through UberEats,and added a detailed note about the above to the order. Hello it is vey important that if food is healthy and hygienic or not, we are not paying for getting unhygienic food. The owner... of this store is not caring about the cleaniness for the store. That is very disgusting and disrespectful for the people whotrust that burrito is healthy and brand is getting degraded bcz of alottt of dust and inappropriate about food quality tooplease i would request if head office can look into matter. There were alot of flies and in food what i ordered it felt likedust Particles in that and it is not one time thing two times its been same. Went in for a burrito asked for a white wrap got told they didn?t have any left and she gave us a whole wheat one instead, which... we weren?t okay with? another customer comes in asked for a white wrap and gets it? not sure what the girls problem was workingthe closing hour on July 21th 2022? Pretty rude if you ask me? if there was a manager on site I suggest talking over with youremployees because we didn?t come in wanting rude service but instead it?s what we got. Pretty disappointed. Ordered online and picked up. First of all. Ingredients were very sloppy. The Black beans were mostly that... soupy black liquid. They forgot the hot sauce. They forgot the salsa. Almost no rice. In all 3 meals?!? Read more
I have visited other Bar Burrito locations and the quality was really good so I thought I would give this one a try. I ordered... two beef soft&hard shell tacos and two extreme fries. The beef was very soupy, the tomatoes looked to be diced over a day old(or overly ripe), and the lettuce was turning brown. I made a comment while I ordered about how the lettuce looked brown, staffjust shrugged...so not reassuring to how long it had been sitting there. I would go to BarBurrito in Kitchener again, but notthis location unfortunately. Read more
