There was no one in the store, there was no need to rush my order. I was told it would take four minutes to heat my wrap and I... nodded politely. She instead rushed it and I left the store only to bite into a freezing cold wrap. The cost wasdisappointing. Over $8.00 for a wrap with absolutely nothing in it. Waste of my money and time. It?s a turn off when employees are looking at their phones while the blender is going half way through making your smoothie.... Cellphones are filthy and employees should wash their hands after using it. The manager should kindly ask employees to make surecustomers do not see them on their phones and go around the corner if they must. Read more
I am a regular booster juice customer I tend to go to booster juice more then once a week, the other day I waited around 20... minutes for my order to be taken lately I have been finding the service very slow especially around dinner time when it getsbusy. Sometimes the employee will even wash dishes in between serving the customers when there is a big line. One one of myrecent visits I had to ask other customers ahead of me if I could go ahead or else I would have been late for where I was goingthat time I also waited just over 20 minutes. The employee will take one order and not multi task on serving other customers,not really good customer service I love the smoothies and booster juice not sure how much I will go anymore since it takes solong.
