Attended Boston Pizza last Friday for lunch and was served by Lauren. She did an amazing job making sure we were taken care of.... Our orders came promptly and everything was correct. She also recommended the new salted caramel panookie for dessert which wedecided to have which was delicious. Will definitely visit again! Read more
Not bad, service is slow. Patio and dining area weren't busy at all. Server was not attentive to our drinks or cutlery or... plates or boxes to pack up left overs. Apps lacked ingredients. Short on toppings all around, food was dry. Read more
The female manager on duty is extremely unprofessional. We were a larger group and when we arrived we were the only ones in the... restaurant. Arriving at 5:20pm, we did not get our drinks until after 6pm. As the restaurant starting filling up, we realizedthat there was only one server in the entire dining room and the poor girl was run off her feet. Meanwhile, in the background,the manager was barking orders and yelling at another server no more than ten feet away from us, loud enough that the wholedining room was quiet and listening, wondering what the heck was going on. Seeing as the restaurant was becoming busy, sheoffered no help to the only server in the dining room. We asked for our bills at 6:50pm and did not get them until almost7:30pm. We’ve come to this location several times as a group and have always had slow service but we decided to keep comingback as we were hoping it would improve. It never has. We won’t be back. Read more
The only reason I knocked a star was because the table wasn't cleaned and they cleaned it with just water when we asked, which... kind of grossed us out a bit. The food was actually great and the server was very friendly! Read more

Ordered ribs...only got ribs. No fries or any other sides offered. Expected fries or at least communicate your options (phone... order for pickup). The girl over the phone seemed clueless. Train your staff and hopefully you can read this so others don'thave the same lousy experience. I know restaurants are struggling but at $25.99, a side doesn't hurt your food cost but it doesimpact your repeat business. Cheers. Read more
TL/DR - If you have an extra millennia to burn, don't need value for your money and would like to try their 'food cooled down... for you while you wait service,' eat here. Only visit here if you have all the time in the world (service moves at a speedsomewhere between glaciation and continental drift...) and you don't need the staff to actually know what they serve on themenu. After a 40 minute wait, the food was stone-cold - I've actually found warmer fries under the seats of my car while doingan annual spring cleaning. You will also note that their $17.00 burger has patties that are around 3 inches across. And skip the'french onion soup' - it's basically a bouillon cube dissolved in tepid water with some raw onions chopped up for 'flavor.' Inever thought I would ever say this, but the McDonald's just west of this place is probably better value for your money - andthey serve warm food there. Read more
Visited the resturant last night (saturday), was surprisingly empty for a weekend. For the lack of customers present it's... disappointing that service was almost as bad as the food. I ordered the calamari which came out so overcooked I couldn't tellthe batter apart from the fish. Our server never came back to check on us and I wasn't able to tell her until she finally cameback to ask if we wanted the bill. Highly disappointed with this location and will not be returning.
