I hate leaving negative reviews but find this can lead to improvements by management. We?ve been going here for about 4 years... now, and almost religiously on Sunday nights. It started out by dropping in and ordering to take home which was great; outsideof small little order issues but that?s fine. Then we started to use Uber Eats when it became easier which was fine for about ayear and then it started happening. All of a sudden, the store wasn?t online anymore. It would typically just close around 7pmwhich was frustrating because I?d drive over and it was at most, 3 or 4 customers inside. Finally after a couple of months Iquestioned one of the workers about it and she said they go offline because it gets busy - in that moment I turned around andthere was no one in the restaurant. This happened multiple times and still does to this day. Last night I drove over and theydidn?t even have the outdoor lights on, it legit looked closed? I get the feeling they don?t want it to get busy which is whythis happens but it?s really not too bad in there. There is an older lady who I?m pretty sure hates her job as well, she couldcare less about helping customers or answering questions from what I saw. Just overall not a nice place to visit whenMcDonald?s is across the street and does Mcflurries and other ice cream treats. It?s those damn Blizzards that keep me comingback. Anyway I hope management sees this and addresses the Uber Eats thing because there really isn?t a need to shut off thestore online. Read more

Update- was there last week and the same person did the same thing, filthy hands all over icecream cone after taking my money. ... And response below, I'm not going online to fill out all that information, its your Georgetown, ON location. Not followinghealth protocols. There is a reason for paper on the bottom of DQ ice cream cones, so you don't touch edible areas when servingcustomers. This seems to be a fail all the time, went in on Sunday and the girl who took my order seemed to be waiting forsomething, finally got my cones and her hands were all around the top of the cones. Really how unsanitary is that, esp withCovid this should not happen. Had to throw out our cones. Keeps happening. With these prices it should be handled safely. Read more

It was my second visit to the store for Curbside pick up. The Supervisor repeated the same conduct. On my first visit,ignored... her misconduct assuming to be spontaneous. But today was my second visit... I was there for a Curbside pickup. Parked atdesignated place. It was past 15 minutes of scheduled delivery time. Called up store but no response.. Decided to walk in. Ireached the front counter young girl and politely asked about my order. She responded nicely that it's being prepared and will bready in 2-3 minutes...I was OK with it. When I was waiting there,a short height staff member jumped in without invitation andher temperament and tone was rude and impolite. She said don't come inside store for pick up orders. I politely explained herthe situation and her reply was "GET OUT OF STORE". Cancelled the order right away and left. In the meanwhile,I asked the frontcounter girl about her. The girl said that she is the Supervisor and the girl was humble.polite and even apologized for herSupervisor's behaviour. Negative Stars if possible for that Supervisor..The food industry needs polite, service-driven,industrious and pleasing people. Come on DQ! This location is amazing! The food? Wow fresh fresh and delicious. Love these fries. Finding we go here a lot more on "cheat... night" vs the big guy across the street or the expensive guy next door. Even made us fresh Dilly Bars because the freezer wasempty! Amazing manager on duty tonight. Staff excellent. Thank you all and please keep up the good work!! You are appreciated!! Read more
