If I were to do this review about six months, I would have likely given them 4 or 5 stars. It appears that new... management/ownership has taken over. The make-up of the staff has changed and the quality has gone down. Even something assimple as cutting the pizza slices all the way through they cannot master. Hair nets, beard nets, moustache nets arenon-existent. They are not slow by any standards, but it seems that the quality has gone down. The pizza doesn't taste good. Like the other places in Georgetown that has been taken over by "new people", it's gone downhill (other examples of this includeToppers, A&W, and a few other places. Our Eastern influences in local businesses has led to leastern deterioration. On apositive note, they are still kind of fast--just tasteless and with the pizza slices all sticking together. Read more

Since moved to near to this location I have placed the order many times. Since they have new kids as recruit they constantly... messing up pizza order. I personally went there and talk to store manager about quality & finish pizza and he assured it willbe good this time. Pictures speak everything. Always thin from middle because they they roll pizza with so much pressure inmiddle and sides are just a loaf with nothing. Waste of money, time and feedback to manager. Read more
