You need to start getting on your franchise owners about doing it by the book. This one needs to be fired though. Most certainly... won't be getting gino's pizza until I know this person is not employed. When I pay for extra toppings, I expect extra toppings.On multiple occasions without fail your franchise owner has neglected the public reviews they get and continues to ruin yourcompany's name. The 125 seabrook location in Kitchener Ontario. Check the reviews yourself. Everytime they gets a real review hecalls it fake and has a bot put up a few more that lie about exactly what they screw around with. Its pathetic and clear as day. Read more

The pizza we ordered yesterday took just under 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive. The previous pizza order had the incorrect... ingredients. Ginos sucks!!! Read more

Omg if you want what they offer in their pictures order from a different restaurant. They took my money when I ordered BUFFALO... WINGS. They claim that Buffalo wings are ?WINGS SAUCE ON? They won?t refund me, deal with there screw up. ?Our pictures are notwhat you will get.? The picture IS Buffalo wings I did NOT get Buffalo wings. They are rude. They interrupt you. They treat youlike Buffalo wings ARE PLAIN WINGS SAUCE ON THEM. LMAO. So why not advertise ?We sell wings sauce on OR on the side? I?ve neverdealt with ignorant uneducated people like them in my life. Good luck with all complaints!!!!! I had terrible Customer Service from Gino's head office call center last night and their excuse did not add up. I placed my... order at 925PM and they ended our call and said it will be 40 mins. I called back 45 mins later and said they had a systemproblem and order was placed 23 mins ago. So they knew they had a problem but no one called me, when i called the agent had poorcustomer service she was was abrupt and did not offer any remorse or solutions, the store that was suppose to get my order wasclosing soon as per escalation to Call Center Manager Marc so i was forced to go to Pizza Pizza who delivered on time. AGAINthis is not an issue with the local store but with the Head office of GINO PIZZA and their very poor customer service Read more

ZERO STARS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AWFUL CALL CENTRE. The call centre took my order, I asked them to repeat it to me and... when I received my pizza it was not what I ordered (they put no cheese and no sauce). When I called to say they made the wrongorder, the call centre listened to my conversation (AFTER HANGING UP ON ME TWICE) and found out they were wrong they would notgive me a replacement pizza and offered me a credit of LESS than my order. When I tried to use the credit they told me I wouldonly need my phone number. I used my phone number and the location said I had to order online. VERY BAD SERVICE, CHECK YOURPIZZA BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Ordered online. Got my first order okay, discount code didn't work. Lady at head office was lovely, got it to work on her end. I... forgot to include an item in my first order so, I had to make a second one. I had called HQ back in hopes that the order hadn'talready gone out. It did. Okay no big deal. They send out a second order. Here's where things take a nose dive. The second ordergets shipped to my old address, despite my first order coming to the correct address (Dt Hamilton). It gets sent to Rymal towhich a poor driver made the trek all the way to an address where no one lived. So, no 2nd order for me. I called HQ back. Wason the call for 25-28 minutes. At least 20 of those minutes was me on hold. Apparently Gino's does not have a customersatisfaction policy. You don't get comped if they take 1.5-2 hours to deliver your food. I should have been comped the entireorder, most definitely. Instead I was offered half off. I won't be ordering from Gino's again when there are plenty of pizzashops around who would have been glad to deliver proper customer service. Read more

we ordered pizza online for pick up in Guelph - stone rd. The pizzas must have been from previous days specialty pizzas not... sold - as it was overcooked and inedible. the Parmesan bites were burnt and inedible. I was not aware that i had to open eachbox before paying to ensure i had an edible product. $ 33 wasted . we will never order from Gino's again Read more

Worst customer service experience I've ever come across. Ordered for delivery. Not only did it take over an hour to get to my... house, the drive kept calling me constantly because he couldn't find where I live? You give your drivers a GPS no? If thatwasn't annoying enough, I had to walk down the street and meet him in the cold and rain because he still couldn't figure outwhich house was mine. When it came to opening the pizza it was completely cold. Called customer service to come to a resolution,and your agents were so unprofessional and did not offer me a logical solution to the problem. They were more worried about menot eating a single slice of the pizza while I wait another hour for them to bring me a new one? I ordered pizza because I'mhungry? That's a joke right? It's a shame your customer service agents and your policy is more concerned about receiving yourproduct back (that would just get thrown in the garbage anyways????) than satisfying a long term and probably many other longterm customers..
