Excellent food and service! Cute decor! Love the experience, definitely recommended.
I ordered take-out online Wednesday evening for pickup at 5:15. The restaurant website clearly states that times are not... guaranteed and that the restaurant will call when the order is ready. At 6:00, when I called the restaurant, I received acryptic response that I didn't know how to interpret so I asked, "can I pick up the order?". Literally 90 seconds later (thathow close I live to the restaurant) I'm at the restaurant and I'm handed my order of pizza & calamari by the handles of ashopping bag. Who carries a pizza box upright on its end? It was a Margherita pizza with little topping so the topping had notslid off. With any other type of pizza the topping would have ended up in a puddle. The calamari did not fare so well. Thetomato-based dipping sauce inside the aluminum container was not covered and much of the calamari was covered in it. Needlessto say, the food was also cold (did I mention that I live 90 seconds away so no travel time for the food to cool down). I calledthe restaurant after we reheated the food in the oven and spoke with Lana who advised me that there was no manager on site. Shealso told me that they no longer call customers when a pickup is ready. I have waited for a call in the past and if calls areno longer to be expected why is this direction still on the website? Lana also advised me that Sonny, the manager, would call meback. It's >48 hours and no call hence this review. The fixes seem simple enough: 1. Update your website to reflect currentpractices. 2. Put the lid in the dipping sauce. 3. Don't handle an order by the shopping bag handles. 4. If you're trulyinterested in improving customer service, call a dissatisfied customer back. 5. Some manner of reparations for a very poorlydone job. Read more
Fantastic evening! Such a beautiful patio. Great service, Quality food, and an atmosphere that can't be beat. We enjoyed our... entire meal. Parents had apps, pizza, and dessert. The kids enjoyed the pasta and gnocchi. Definitely worth a try! Read more
So my wife and I went to goodfellas. We used to be regulars here but not anymore after tonight. I got the pasta with grilled... chicken which was about $27. The restaurant was not busy and yet the food took 45mins to come out. The chicken was burnt and thesauce started making me sick too. I couldn't finish my meal and had to send it back. I didn't make the servers life difficult,but I'd have appreciated if she'd have offered to fix the problem. But she didn't. But I didn't want to order anything else atthat point, since I couldn't wait for another 45 mins for food to come out. I won't be back. The calamari was fantasticthough. Read more

Good service, great food, reasonably priced. I had sea bass, well seared, but not dry - just perfect. Will try oven baked pizza... next time. They have mafia-theme design and you can browse some props in the basement on your way to the washroom. Even somekind of a prison cell. Overall very good experience, will come back. Read more

Probably the best take out pizza in town with a discount up to 15% off. Don't settle for Pizza Pizza. They messed up our order... last time but they made it right and gave us the pizza we were supposed to have brought home last time complimentary. Customerservice is top notch. Read more
