Truly disappointing experience, it?s my least fav place to ever go but it?s the only one around. 10$ for Flafel wrap, I asked... for no garlic sauce by hummus instead and they wanted to charge me 0.75$ they never made my satisfied with the food or thequality, apparently the chicken stays there for days and days until the taste completely changes, it?s over priced as well forthe quantity, every time I go there I get disappointed. Literally this is my last visit to any of these Osmow?s robbing places,chicken and everything else has no taste. This place is a big joke. Lazeez is cheaper eventually and much better in terms ofquantity and pricing. Quality of both to stay the same. It?s very raw and saggy. Completely doesn?t worth it. We had ordered Chicken Shawarma on Rice and Shawarma Poutine. The food was freshly made and the taste was delicious. The... restaurant was clean and had a great ambience. The only thing which ruined the experience was the cashier lady being very rudeand disrespectful when we ask for Halal Certificate along with the time it will take to make the food. I believe if she had acustomer orientated mind, the overall experience would have been great but like I said the food experience is great but I willgive a negative rating for the customer service. I would have given it a 5 stars rating but the cashier lady made me change mymind from 5 to 2 stars. Thank you so much for your reply and hoping for a better experience next time. Read more
We orderd from Uber , Falafel were raw from inside and not fuly cooked. Also the salad which came on the side had rotten lettuse... as you can see in the pictures. Read more
Not a big fan of this location. The Saj bread was felt stale and I could taste the flour. The wrap was dry and not flavourful.... The staff can do better Read more
This is only the second time I've been to Osmow's. My son loves it here as there aren't many shawarma places in Georgetown.... Today I grabbed a late lunch of chicken shawarma with 2 sides (rice and salad) and everything was delish! Large portion sizeand for $14.99 it was enough for 2 people ???? Will definitely go back when I have a shawarma craving! Read more
I ordered from Osmow's for the first time today. I was so disappointed in the order I received, specifically the fries. I... ordered a large side of Stix and it cost $5.41 but when I received the order, it was in a tiny bag. I called the restaurant toget no help. Not only did I have to call back over and over again because their phones don't work properly and it was staticmost of the time. But, they said that that's how their fries come in now, a small bag and that head office changed that. Iraised my concern that it cost me $5.41 for a bag that has a handful of fries that could nearly pass as McDonald's Happy mealsize. They told me to complain to head office. At the end, I could barely hear what they're saying and gave up on calling back.Super disappointed in my whole overall experience. Read more
