Consistently disappointed with this location. Not sure if we just used to live next to a really good location, or this one is... just not great. Ordered a few pizzas weeks apart when we first moved here and they were all rushed out of the oven. Triedleaving comments to keep in longer or to have less cheese but I don?t think they get read. Stopped ordering pizzas and triedcalzones a few times, never great but better than the pizza. Tonight I had to bring my calzone back due to it being uncooked onthe inside. Strangely one of the two ordered was perfect. They remade the uncooked one and somehow that one was also uncooked?Either way unfortunately I think we?re done. Read more
Pizza was good but the tomato pieces are very big and too many
Honest to god is the best place in all of Georgetown. Same price as twice the deal for thw same amount but like 10x as good and... with wayy less grease. I ordered 2 slices not knowing how big it was and asked if i could have 1 instead and they gave me 1 andrefunded in cash. Pizza is uncomparable and the atmosphere. Is amazing Read more
AMAZING! Was there Friday night. I was amazed at how the "young" staff was working so hard trying to get everyone's order... ready. It looked like half of Georgetown had ordered. It's nice to see them working, probably their first job. But was sickto my stomach to see and hear how the "adult" customers were treating the 15-16 year old staff because their pizza was notready when they got there. To the adults complaining about waiting for their pizza you need to do better. The staff is workingand doing the best they can. I waited and enjoyed my pizza, once again it was delicious. Read more
Food would have been good. I placed an online order and drove there to pick it up. Wasn't ready, no biggie, so I paid and sat... down. My annoyance comes from the fact that my pizza's were made and ready but nobody bothered to tell me for a while. Noapology, just 'oh heres your pizzas.' UPDATE: Called on Sunday, was told that the owner Tony was not in that day- called at 3pm was told the owner would be in until... 4:30pm that day. I was deceived by the information Sara the supervisor gave us. Contacted customer care and also Instagram... noone wants to acknowledge Tony's location. Would not recommend this place to anyone $19 for a small gluten free pizza, pizzalooked awful and served with attitude. Ordered Jan 21st 2022. Called upon realizing the poor quality of pizza- undercooked andnot even spread of cheese. spoke to someone who said they can't give a refund asked to speak to a manager instead i got Sara whoinitially was aggressive with me for asking for a refund I explained the reasons. That was the first mistake of this places are,Sara seriously needs to be trained on how to speak to paying customers. Sara consistently was rude and created a hostileenvironment. What could have been a simple resolution has now left me speechless at this company for hiring and training someoneso disrespectful. Sara told me that no one can give me a refund that it's not possible..."the money is already in the system,we can't give you your money back, it's impossible." How can someone seriously refuse to give you their money back for not eveneating it. I asked who can give a refund she said no one. I asked who the manager was Tony Dibati (Sara's spelling) and she wasinsistent that he would also say that it's impossible to give me a refund. Sara said that Sunday at 10am Tony will be in. Howridiculous this all is for attitude of a simple refund. Pizzaiolo Mississauga has never done this, it's unfortunate that thislocation is hiring some poor attitude workers. Read more
pizza came cold, ordered through ubereats - i tried to ask for extra honey as a note - they charged me 4$ for honey without... asking me first. called them to ask to cancel the note for extra honey, and purposely removed the honey from the pizza, eventhough the pizza comes with honey (honey heat) Read more
