Whenever I go to this. Tim Hortons, I can never get what I want. . Twice I have been to order chili, and no chili. Tonight I ask... for a jalapeno cheddar pastry, they don't have them. Urban garlic pastry, they don't have them, I asked for a double chocolatedonut, they don't have them. Them. I'm fed up with this Tim's location. I will not go back. When we reached here ,the door was closed with a-note on it as u can see in picture it was around 4 o?clock but they were... serving drive thru only thats the first time I have seen that if they don?t have the staff just close the door?rediculous!!!! Read more

Tried to order through the drive thru about half an hour ago and the person taking my order was so rude to me she wouldn?t even... let me finish saying my order. If taking orders puts you in such a bad mood you feel the need to be rude to customers and ruintheir mornings?find a new job. I shouldn?t be crying as I leave a Tim Hortons drive thru, after waiting for 15 minutes, withoutany actual food. All I wanted was some coffee & a bagel and the order taker acted as if I was personally annoying her. Hopefullyyou get someone new taking orders to prevent her from upsetting other people. Read more

Went today and ordered two drinks and two bagels (jalapeno & everything toasted with butter and H&G creamcheese) felt the amount... of cream cheese quite less. Plus, the lady taking order seemed friendly and nice but the wait time was more than expected eventhe location didnt seemed to be busy at that time. Read more
