Never again will I wait 20+ min for a coffee when I was second in line , horrible service and coffee wasn?t even right , it?s... not rocket science , you have 10 people working drive thru and 1 on counter , ridiculous , half the time only the drive thru isopen anyways , sad sad place ! Hope it goes under or someone who cares takes over , the coffee is disgusting now anyways andservice worse , the owner must not care bout his or her restaurant , I asked a question about the hockey cards in which theperson who couldn?t speak or barely understand English ( not to be racist ) brought me a bag of hash browns which ended up ingarbage anyways, just wasted $$$ and food , please owner if your reading this WAKE UP AND SEE WHATS GOING ON IN THERE Read more
Excellent service using drive thru. Server was pleasant and nice.
Worst service, hands down. One of my visits, I ordered and paid for a chicken bowl, the lady (forget her name) made a chicken... wrap. When I said I ordered a bowl, she asked me to take the wrap since she had made it. She eventually got me the rightorder. Another instance, same lady involved - there was a couple ahead of me who ordered some drinks, and asked for straws. Thelady made a face, and asked another coworker to get it. Impatient staff and did not get what I asked for. Drive through is a little better but not consistent.
The amount of time you need to spend just to get a coffee here is ridiculous. There seems to be some ridiculous demand for Tim... hortons in Georgetown while The rest of Canada has grown tired of the poor food, worsening coffee and generally terriblecustomer service. The app is fairly awful as well. Although this location isn't as bad as the other Mountainview location,which is filled with extremely rude workers, it still takes far too long to get a simple order. They frequently get the order wrong, especially when it comes to food. Today was bad enough I felt a need to leave a review. We... ordered a sausage farmers wrap and payed for bacon. We received a wrap with sausage and hash brown and that?s it. Extremelydisappointed. Read more
The people u have working for tim.Hortins..Do not know how to Make any wraps or toast any bagels even when it comes to the... coffee or the tea they don't even know how to do that right.
