I only write negative reviews when things repeat or ridiculous things happen and this is one of them. This time I ordered small... coffee with three milk. She handed me a boiling hot coffee which I knew could not be three milk and I confirmed by opening it. Ihanded it back and said that's one milk at best and it's boiling hot, can I have more milk. She made another and said , here yougo, coffee with one milk. Except I ordered 3 milk! So she made it again with 3 milk, hot and dark again. 3 of them were standingthere and couldn't figure out how to make a coffee with 3 milk, actual 3 milk. Will not be coming back. Always mess up the order the drive thru is super slow. Its run by kids how make whatever they feel like making at that moment. I... wouldnt recommend this place if it was the only Tim hortons within a 3 hr drive. This place is garbage. Like i said order isalways always wrong. Read more
Drive thru Ice coffee - 75% full, zero ice. Went back inside - was told they can?t do anything once I?ve left the drive thru.
If I could put zero stars i would have. We were missing a hash brown(Literally 30 cents) and they refused to give it to us and... expected us to pay for it. We ordered it , it should have come with our purchase and yet they said ?you need to pay for it? . Iwas like really? And a Manager/ supervisor piped up and got aggressive and argumentative. Laughable. Quality ppl you hired forleadership roles. Poor girl serving the window will likely suffer from instances like this. Luckily we just rolled our eyes anddrove off. Read more
Would give it 0 stars if i could, but Google makes you give at least 1 star. Went to grab a quick bite to eat at 9:15pm and was... told there was zero food available. Only thing they could serve was a coffee. What's the point in being open then? Read more
I go here every morning at 540 and order my DD and blueberry muffin. They?ve yet to mess up an order and are always in a good... posative mood. Shouts out to the crew! You get me going every morning. Read more
