I called at 1:45pm on a Sunday. The auto attendant answered the phone and I sat listening to their awful recorded message of... ads while I was reassured someone would take my order soon. I went here on my lunch to grab a slice of pizza, and i waited about 10 minutes to even be served. There were no slices ready so... i ordered a hand held. The lady that came to help me came from the back with her phone in her hand and touching her nose thenpulling up her mask. Then she took my order and went to the back and took a drink then came over and grabbed the pizza doughwith out washing her hands. i then called her over and asked her for a refund she told me she wasn?t able to give me a refundafter arguing for about 5 minutes and her telling me that she doesn?t have to wash her hands until she puts the toppings on thepizza. this place has always been a good place to go grab a slice but after this experience i will not be returning. Ordered pizza and it was alright. Made it within 35 minutes. But at the door, the driver INSISTED that we give him a tip - made... my grandmother feel guilty when she couldn?t figure out the debit machine. After paying, he mentioned not getting a tip AGAINand cornered my grandmother saying ?you don?t like my service??? A tip is NOT mandatory, especially if the service is pushy &ignorant like mine was. You will be tipped on how efficiently you make it here & the customer service you provide at my door.There is a good chance we will NEVER tip this one individual. Read more
Was really disappointed in Topper's. Our neighbours had recommended it a few months back. Built my own pizza and got it... delivered last night. Crust was very thick and doughy- toppings were mediocre at best. Asked for hot peppers on it and pizza wasCOVERED in them. Never seen that many hot peppers on a pizza...it was literally stupid. Expensive. Tasty. Not near me but might make the trek to get it. Have only been here once and the guy working the counter could... not care less about me. I was nervous about trying Toppers for the first time due to the mixed reviews. Ordered on Saturday around 5:10pm and got the... pizza via Uber Eats by 5:40pm. All the ingredients were fresh, there were nice options with seasoning and flavoring for sauces,garlic crust, etc. I custom-ordered my medium pizza straight from the Uber app. I got the spicy tomato sauce on my pizza and itwas the perfect amount of kick. The bacon topping is real bacon, not processed bacon bits. I also got the Toppers Sticks and theCheesy Sticks, because I didn't know which would be better-- I love both! The crust and dough were fresh, I loved that thegarlic sticks include marina and I also got Toppers Sauce to try-- would definitely order again! Read more
We have been customers of the Toppers franchise for 10+ years. The last several times we never get stickers on our receipt to... put towards the free pizza deal. The delivery person always has a different excuse as to why there is no sticker. Not a hugedeal, just wish there was a consistent reason. Read more
