Terrible management and staff. They lie about whether they?ve started your order or not, they aren?t even pleasant to deal with.... Would not recommend to anyone. Ordered takeout, was told it would be 15 min - went in after 20 min and was told it would be 2min - the kitchen hadn?t even seen the order yet. It was also completely dead in there. Just awful - try a different location.New management took over and it?s pure trash. Also once I got the food the fries were raw and the wings were dry. Theyobviously rushed it out. Read more

Terrible experience, ordered online and picked up my order. This is the amount of fries I got for 2 different orders with fries... included. Called to ask where my second order of fries was and the lady went back and forth saying ?we sometimes put the friestogether and that?s two orders of fries in one? would you put two separate side orders together? Let alone barely enough for twopeople. And I paid over 40$ , for what you see in the picture. NOT WORTH. Go elsewhere Read more
Disappointing last few times. Wings never have any sauce on them, almost served dry. This seems to be the theme now and... portions are smaller than they used to be. We tried take out one last time hoping it would be better but for us, its now verylackluster. I asked to ensure that they were ?saucy? due to a previous experience of being served almost dry on takeout (and asa result I was charged extra for extra sauce) when in fact they still didn?t have very much on them. Needless to say I cant seemyself returning, there are other places to go. I will say the employees are always friendly. If you want business to continueyou need to make sure the food quality is up to the standard for the prices being charged. Read more
Sponge was found in one of my Chicken wings. When I showed the waiter what I found and he told us that he couldn?t do anything... about it because the table already had a discount (we got the 5 wing deal) and he told us the kitchen staff could not verify ifit came from their kitchen or if we put it on our meal.
