The best buffet around! Super friendly service, tea glass never went dry! Southern cooking made fresh by real people with fresh... ingredients. A tasty well represented salad bar starts the line then the freshest southern foid, fried chicken, ham, greenbeans, baked mac and cheese and so much more. This is a great place to eat, great food, great service and wonderful owner. But she doesn?t open until 11:00am. She is not... open right now at 10:30am like is posted on this site. Go try it. She has the best chicken in Georgetown and quite possiblythe state. Read more
This restaurant really feels like I'm at a friend's place, having some breakfast. If you look at the photo I posted, I you'll... see that the coffee came in a Christmas mug, (this review was written around Christmas). And the mugs were different foreveryone at the table, just like people would grab them randomly from a mug cabinet at home. Atmosphere is warm, cozy andfamiliar. The staff is nice and friendly. I personally thought the portions were small (for how much I'd usually eat forbreakfast) but good for the price and it's adequate and delicious. I'm sorry that we stopped by before the lunch buffet becauseI wish I could've tasted other items. This is a proper family/community institution that you should stop by for breakfast/lunch if you're traveling pass Georgetown SC. Read more
