I think this may be the last time that I eat at Hardee's. The last two times (in two different states) customer service was bad... or maybe I should just say no customer service. When I walked in no greeting from anyone, a worker came out from the back andlooked at me then returned to the back, not a word spoken to me (no hello, no someone will right with or anything.) Once anemployee came to take my order, still no greeting, just "what would you like." Customer service is important and can make orbreak you. Read more

STOPPED AT HARDEES IN GEORGETOWN on way to Charleston ... disaster, people not friendly asked several times for decafe coffee no one responded saw a container that was turned backwardask if that was decafe no one answered. Finally to get someone attention i raised my voice and was told that was decafe. no oneoffered to assist me so i had to reach over counter for coffee, coffee was Luke warm. did not get receipt had to ask for one. icould hear customers coming thru drive thru complaining about service. finally, a lot of Hardees in my area have closed down soyou would think they would take better care of their customers. Tuesday evening music at Hardee's is the best! Not to mention the fries are hot and salty just the way I like them!

Went into Hardee's for a burger, coffee and apple pie, there were 3 customers waiting to order and no staff in sight. Two more... customer came in and left . After several more minutes I ordered coffee and was advised they did not sell coffee so my wife a Ijust ordered apple pie and left We will think twice before going to Hardee's again. Read more

Went through drive-thru quick service employees very attentive and very prompt order was correct and the food was good

It was OK. Drive through ladies seemed like they were trying their hardest and the food was mediocre. I got the #3 western... burger combo $9.37 after tax. ???????Meh Read more
