I rarely, hardly ever go to Wendy's and I'm not sure if it is all of them or just the one in Georgetown but the wait at the... drive thru takes forever. I do not advise going here if you are in a hurry, on a time schedule, or extremely hungry, becausesometimes the wait is over 20 minutes to order and receive your items. That is the main reason for not purchasing from there. Ithought it may have gotten better, but it's still the same. Read more

Terrible customer service. Staff as well as manager very disrespectful. Order was very rushed. I wanted crispy chicken on my... salad they put grilled. When I asked them to correct it several people yelled from kitchen it's already been made grilled with aattitude. I asked to speak to a manager that just yelled from kitchen and refused to even speak with me. Smh Read more
Absolutely horrible. The food wasn?t prepared properly or as was ordered undercooked and the salad avocado was rotten . The cup... carrier they gave me broke and drink fell in my car.
