Its not just this location. The burgers do not taste like they are charcoal broiled. It used to be you could smell the charcoal... smell when you got near a burger king. Not any more. Disappointed. The service was exceptional. Read more
Ordered two items off the menu. One was ordered as is, while the second sandwich i requested extra onions. There were no onions,... the complete opposite. First time in my life I was disappointed with Burger King because they're famous two for $6 thing has become $6/EACH... sandwich... ...and the chicken sandwich was 52 lb worth of overdone chicken in a bun with some old mayonnaise and apickle. 02/11/2022 Tonight these young men provided the best customer service experience imaginable, for such young men. My cousin and... his lady came from Chicago. They were hungry, needed to use the restroom, and the lobby was closed. These young men allowed usto eat and take a load off our feet. I had not seen my cousin in a long time and this was great. She displayed what it means to give excellent customer service. She is a blessing to this location. I have foodallergies and she made sure my food was prepared properly. Love it! ? Old review: I like this location, but I will not go forbreakfast anymore. My biscuits were burnt and my order was incorrect, including having my order remade twice. Nice BK restaurant on the inside but I couldn't get the app to work for redeeming a "2 Whopper meals for $7.99" offer that I... could easily pick up at the drive thru so I deducted one star. Having just moved from Austin to Georgetown I never had thatproblem with the app at the North Lamar BK location. But I am just so thankful that I can now walk into a restaurant withouthaving to fend off panhandlers and dodge other undesirables like I had to in Austin. Read more
Worst place ever. Twice cheese was left off my lunch sandwich. So I told the manager about it. He called me a liar. Over 2... slices of cheese that I was charged $2.00 for. Then when I asked for an apology He went nuts and refused. Told me he didn't needmy business and never come back. If you are going to steal money from me and call me a liar ????
