By far the slowest Chick fil a I?ve been to. It?s the closest one to me and it?s constantly slow. Somehow the line for ordering... online is insanely slower, so save time and go in the right lane. I drive 10 minutes longer to the Round Rock location becauseit?s much faster! Read more

I asked for a sandwich that is only there for a limited time and will shortly be discontinued. I said I wanted a meal combo.... After I go my food I noticed I had a regular chicken sandwich. I guess they are now special. I was hoping for the spicy grilledsandwich. After eating my food I went back and ordered a spicy grill sandwich, got it and ate it. I spoke with a member ofmanagement and explained my disposition, and was told they will have some coaching time with employees. The location was closingso most members were busy getting things prepped and not alot of attention towards guest unless the guest was at counterstanding and waiting like a deer in headlights.
