Awful. Pulled into the drive thru at 740 am with 5 cars in front of us. 801 am is when we got to the window. No apology for... our 20 minute wait in the drive thru, just excuse of "oh we have catering orders". I thought the drive thru was supposed to bequick!!!! Read more

By far the slowest Chick fil a I?ve been to. It?s the closest one to me and it?s constantly slow. Somehow the line for ordering... online is insanely slower, so save time and go in the right lane. I drive 10 minutes longer to the Round Rock location becauseit?s much faster! Read more
Staff was friendly and all smiles. Drive thru only on this day, with car lines being directed by the staff out in the sun and... heat, and was a bit confusing at first. Chicken was delicious as always but the waffle fries were a complete let down beingbarely warm, unsalted, and not a crispy bite amongst them and just a bit soggy. All in all, unless you simply can't stand it,I'd avoid the place in peak hours, otherwise a good choice. Read more
Not over exaggerating when I say the worse Chick Fli A ever. Dine In is STILL not open. Multiple times I?ve order the spicy... southwest salad or grilled chicken sandwich just to get to the window and they tell me they are out, just wasting 10-15 minutessitting in the drive thru. I think I'll be avoiding this location, at least on the weekends. This is not my usual location but I was shopping at Target... last weekend. They have two lines currently, one being the standard drive thru and one being a makeshift line going to theopposing side. It seemed like a good idea at the time but I got stuck in an endless sea of cars, people getting out of theirvehicles in the line to go into the closed dining area because something was wrong with every order, apparently. I asked for a sandwich that is only there for a limited time and will shortly be discontinued. I said I wanted a meal combo.... After I go my food I noticed I had a regular chicken sandwich. I guess they are now special. I was hoping for the spicy grilledsandwich. After eating my food I went back and ordered a spicy grill sandwich, got it and ate it. I spoke with a member ofmanagement and explained my disposition, and was told they will have some coaching time with employees. The location was closingso most members were busy getting things prepped and not alot of attention towards guest unless the guest was at counterstanding and waiting like a deer in headlights.
