Came into this chili's for the first time yesterday. It took quite a bit of time to get seated although it was not busy. We then... realized they were working what appeared to be short staffed. The very few that were working appeared to be working extremelyhard and doing just about every job. All servers came with a smile and great attitude. They were friendly and helpful. The foodis always good at chili's, but finding good service under stressful conditions is hard. I ordered for the first time thinking maybe this will be a good place to start ordering from. The meal with tip and delivery was... $30. The salmon piece is dense but small. The black beans are runny like soup and filled up a little over 1/2 way in the carton.The other side container was maybe 3/4 filled. The meal is minimal - not even a roll. Doordashed, confirmed it wasn't the delivery person's fault, so Chili's knowingly sent us a health code violation with... uncontained contaminated food. Absolutely appalling. Refunded, cold disgusting food going in the trash, ordering from Roadhouseinstead. Read more
Came in, waited for ever to even be acknowledge, then waited longer. Lady came up asking how many, after telling her nine (I... have 7 children). She rudely said and I quote ? I have no tables that fit that many people, I won?t be able to serve you today?.Mind you I have been to this chilies many many times with my family. Awful curbside. Meat was raw in my burger. Missing salsa for my chips and salsa. Missing ranch for chicken tenders. All fried... food tasted extremely old and stale. When we called to speak with someone about these issues, no one ever answered. We calledprobably 10 times. Not one single call was answered. AWFUL. Read more
Ordered the little big mouth sliders and nachos. The big mouth sliders I just asked for mayo instead of ranch?. Their quality... control sucks! They forgot a top bun on one and put bacon bits instead of the grilled onions! Then with the nachos theyliterally gave me chips with pico, jalapeños, and sour cream on the side. Everything was cold! I ordered off there app. I ordered the Triple Appetizers... 2 Southwestern Eggs and 1 Original Chicken Crisper. That's NOT want... I got! I go the Original Chicken Crisper and whole bunch of pickels! I called up there to talk to a manager and of coursethey're busy. I was then told that supposedly the driver called me and said that I want a whole bunch of pickles. Since Iordered from a Chili's app I can't do anything through the doordash app. The manager will probably never called me and I'llprobably be out the money that I spent.
