They definitely don't know how to roll a burrito. It was like eating a burrito bowl. Also the manager and big boss was here... talking to employees about how they are doing in the lobby. If your going to talk about employees performance it should be inprivate not in front of all the customers! Read more

It seems like every time I get food delivered from this store my dasher is stuck waiting at the store for more than 15 minutes.... Also, the portions are way off compared to other chipotles. I think this all has something to do with new management because Iused to never have these issues. Read more

I don't know if it's just this location or if all Chipotles have started doing it, but this location will no longer provide cups... for water or allow you to buy the small chips with your meal. This is incredibly frustrating, but it's even worse that some ofthe cashiers have been rude about it. I don't want to drink sugary beverages or caffeine. I don't want to throw half a bag ofchips in the trash. The kids chips are the perfect size for an individual. I never leave negative reviews, but I've justreached the point of frustration with this location in particular. Hopefully this feedback can help improve things. Read more

Don't get me wrong I like the food that's why I hate to leave this review. BUT this is one of the dirtiest one I been into. ... First, the door handles to get into it are so nasty. They are brown due to the amount of dirt on them from God knows when. Clean them. Then you sit down to eat and this dust keeps falling from the ceiling. I go to multiple Chipotle?s a week (don?t judge me I like the food) this location is the worst. My meal is very basic. 3 good... scoops of rice, steak & cheese. The last two times they told me they have to charge me extra for extra rice. Firstly I can orderonline & get extra rice at no additional cost so why is it any different in store? I didn?t check my receipt the first time butthe second time I did. Tell me why they don?t have a button on their computer for a extra rice charge! They charged me for extrasteak $5! Now I understand this is a business but I am willing to bet their entire tub of rice cost around $5. On top of thisthe employee I?ve dealt with takes it personally when I ask her why they don?t charge for extra rice online. I get it you worktheir but it?s corporates money & it?s obvious they don?t charge for extra rice! Avoid this location if possible! Read more

Bathroom was dirty. Older lady working hot line and manager with piercings that was working the cold line both were rude.... Portions were small and i was charged for extra sides because i wanted extra rice on my bowls Read more

I?ve gotten good food here before which is the only reason I?m giving them 3 stars. But are you joking? I just paid $12.50 for... this ?keto bowl? and it?s half full. Not too mention it?s slathered with guacamole that was already brown when I opened thecontainer. Not impressed. UPDATE: I figured I would give this place another chance and wow, unbelievably terrible service!Showed up at 12:30 for my pickup and waited until 12:48. There went my lunch break!
