????Update: It was better! It was good, until it was N????T! We started off with a warm greeting. This always makes us feel like... a restaurant really wants our business. Then, after we were seated in a very comfortable booth, our waitress Emily came over sofast, she scared me! The restaurant was empty except for an elderly couple who left a few minutes afterwards. Emily was sofriendly, attentive, helpful, and very energetic. This was also a plus; and missing from most businesses today. She apologizedfor scaring me, but since we were her only customers, she was supposed to be fast. So naturally it pains me to have to tell youthat the cook messed up our wonderful evening, but I MUST. JP's sirloin plate was fine, but after he ordered, they had N????more baked potatoes; so he had to choose another side. Not what we expected, but okay, he adjusted. JP said, "The Mac 'n Cheesewas good!" It was my BOGO Burger meal, that ended up being half of a T????TAL FAILURE! Emily suggested this burger meal becauseit was their Thursday special, and they were good to her! The burgers arrived, and were huge. But, after eating just half "thepatty melt," (which I added grilled mushrooms, lettuce and tomatoes) and the delicious vegetable medley, I was full. The onlydown side to the first burger was the meat had a little bit more salt than I like. Probably, the bacon mayo. However, thefailure was, the three cheese burger (that JP didn't want last night, but would take for lunch the next day) we were supposed totake home. ????But the cook left the "parchment paper" between the cheese and it was melted between the other two, placed onthe meat, then, the bacon was placed on top of the three cheeses, and brought to our table. I may be being too generous with 3 stars. I'll start by saying that it was about 7:30 on a weekday night when we went. There... were only a couple of tables with guests when we entered. We still had to wait more than 5 minutes to be greeted and get atable. Apparently there was only 1 waitress and 1 cook that night. We ordered drinks and the waitress asked if we needed a fewminutes with the menus and if we wanted rolls. We said yes to both. About 10 minutes later we finally got drinks, but no rolls.She said they were in the oven. We all ordered. And waited. And waited. And waited. A couple of us went out to smoke. When wegot back in, still no rolls or food. Our plates came out after about 30 minutes. The waitress said the rolls were almost done.Really?? They finally made it to the table after another 5 or 10 minutes. I'm one of those people who eat bread with every meal,so this was annoying to me. The food was good, if a little over priced, and the waitress was super nice and tried to be helpful.She just couldn't bring out what wasn't ready. I could tell she felt bad about everything taking so long, but there wasn'tanything she could do about it. Overall the meal took us about 2 hours. When you're tired after a long day of work and all youwant is to eat a good meal and go to bed, 2 hours feels like a lifetime. The food was good, just like it has been at every otherCotton Patch I've been to. But the wait was ridiculous. We won't be back to this one. Very disappointed!! Appetizer of fried pickles was way over fried. Grilled chicken was like jerky?. Brought french fries... instead of the bake potato that was ordered. Forgot the avocado that came with the salad. They were sold out of what my sonordered but the waitress went ahead and put the rest of the order in. Waited 20 min for his food to finally come for my sonand now our food was cold! Will NEVER come back! Read more

I am literally sick to my stomach. Placed an order for pick up, which was supposed to be ready at 1:25. Arrived to pick up my... order at 1:23. I walk right to the counter and waited. I was not greeted, yet they walked right around me for 13 minutes.Finally a brunette girl asks me ?what?s the name on your order. I gave her the name and continued to wait another 10-15 minutesfor my order. After getting the food home we realized the food was cold. How? I do not know because we live one block away.After microwaving our food my husband finds multiple strands of blonde hair in his broccoli rice casserole. My beans were notdone, AT ALL! That?s not all ladies and gentlemen. He ordered the mushrooms and they literally put 6 slices of mushroom on hisplate! I called for a refund and they offered coupons! I called the owner and they won?t answer. I called their corporate andthey don?t answer! Simply save your money! This restaurant has gone to hell since the pandemic. They were great before but nowit?s a waste of time and money! What a headache! $32 down the drain and no explanation of why we can?t get a refund! Read more

Best dinning experience! From host to server (Cowboy) to Manager...all were excellent! Food was great! Clean establishment.... Definitely will make this my new go to place when going through Georgetown! Read more

Not good today! Usually love the Cotton Patch! Today ordered their new chicken salad sandwich to go!! Not good took one bite and... was done looked like it was made with cat food. Not sure what has happened over the last few weeks but serving something likethis and charging that amount of money completely unacceptable. I was able to enjoy the fried green tomatoes those were thebomb as usual. I have pics of the sandwich for proof! Read more

Server was really good and friendly but the food is the worst. We ordered cheese fries and they couldn?t even get the cheese to... melt. We lost all our appetite seeing the quality of the appetizers we got and left without ordering entrees or dessert. Notworst the money and time Read more

I?ve never been to a more somber restaurant in my life with the worst customer service I have experienced in a very VERY long... time. I went with my family Sunday at about 3pm and it was not busy what so ever. We were made to wait nearly 15 minutes to evenget our drink order by what seemed to be by the MOD, yet he didn?t apologize for the wait or greet us with any type ofpositivity. We then waited even longer to order and get our food that was so poorly made. The poor hostess was made to take ourorder. There wasn?t any acknowledgment from a single waiter. There were at least 3 waitresses and not a single one with thesense of urgency to host and provide great service. As I looked around the restaurant I could see the discontent look on manycustomer faces just like mine. As my order started to arrive I looked at it and simply lost my appetite. The food looked sopoorly prepared. I told the hostess I was not paying for it and that my family and I we?re leaving. We canceled our order andonly paid for my sons Mac and cheese. An entire hour and a half of my Sunday time with my family was waisted. This place needsdesperate revamping with new management and waiters who care to create a vibrant atmosphere and provide quality food, NOT what Iexperienced today. Read more
