If Five guys is trying to match out current 2022 inflation percentage, then it's on the money with its prices. HamBurger was... BLAND. For 10 dollars for ONE burger I expect it to be flavorful especially for fast food standards. Fries BLAND. Our first time last night, was great food. Delicious! A lil pricey for fast food, but after reading an article, (freshness,... employee benefits), it's not fast food quality, so I can dig it. Burgers are great! Friendliness of service not as nice as usual. I order five guys ALL the time and when your pay 8.32 for a... large fry I expect a large fry. I got the EXACT same amount as I would a regular fry. I said something and was given attitude.So I ordered a 2nd and of course the 1st order were now cold. The burgers are excellent! I love the Cajun fries too, and they always give SO MANY! The only thing I would change would be that... my food is actually ready when I get there. If you order online or over the phone for pick up, they don?t make the fries til youget there. I am all for food being fresh, but I feel like they should give the option of fries being made at same time as burgeror not. We don?t live far from there, but I know I always have to allot at least 10 additional minutes to accommodate pickup.Also, if you?re making the burger beforehand and it?s just sitting there until someone picks up, and then you have to make thefries, doesn?t that kind of defeat the overall purpose? Good costumer service and great burgers. The fries were amazing,I wished they would have extra condiments for the fries like... cheese dip or chili,but they were still awesome!! I liked the free peanuts while we were waiting, and the smell of the burgersall over the place. Loved the variety of the drinks. We also liked the chairs and tables outside, however, it was too hot to trythem. Overall we had a good experience and we'll definitely be back!! Read more
really surprised about a couple of things. First off usually really tasty flavor full burger. When I got it I had ordered it... with grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. They forgot the mushrooms I had to go back and ask him to put them on. cashier askedif it would be okay if they just gave them to me on the side? I'm sorry that's lazy no I did not order a burger with mushroomsto hand feed the mushrooms to myself so no please remake it. Which they did. when I actually ate it the mushrooms tasted likerubber I don't think they were grilled they seem like a canned variety and on top of that there was no flavor to the pattywhatsoever.
