I'm in town for work from Massachusetts. I found this wonderful place. Everything so far has been DELICIOUS!! Fresh and... flavorful.Serving sizes are plentiful. Staff is exceptional and friendly. This place is absolutely amazing! Great hearty sandwiches! The best salad bar around by far!
A little disappointing. It started from the greeting... or lack thereof. Next, the order wasn't correct. My bbq chips looked and... tasted an awful lot like plain chips. I noticed the beautiful, ripe tomatoes on the line, but my sandwich arrived with the mostpitiful looking slices (see photo). I was excited about ordering the mac 'n cheese. Aside from it being barely lukewarm, it wasless tasty that Kraft microwaveable mac 'n cheese. I've had good luck many times before at other Jason's locations. Was theGeorgetown shop just having a bad day? Something tells me it's an issue with standards. ???? Hopefully, it's better on my nextvisit. Read more
The absolute biggest Potato ???? I've ever seen! The Broccoli cheese soup was excellent. I wasn't as impressed with the Rueben... Sandwich. The meat was dry. Read more
Customer service excellence!! We took my Mom there for her birthday, she doesn't like going out these days so we got it to go.... She loved the salad, potato, and veggie soup. I especially loved the customer service. The young man who assisted us at theregister guided us all the way through with patience and professionalism. LOVE this place! They always have good customer service, the food is good (for deli food), and free ice cream is always a treat.... They have taken good COVID precautions and I always feel welcome here. Easy, fast dine in experience, I would rather go herethan McAllister's or Subway any time. Only thing I wish is that prices were a bit lower but it's not so high that it's adealbreaker. Read more
Impressed by their Manager, Chelsea, who noticed I'd ordered online from the catering menu but somehow only ordered for one... person (meant to order for 18 for Thanksgiving,) and intuitively wondered if I had intended to order more. She took initiativeto call me to clarify and ensured a positive experience rather than just shrugging it off and letting me show up and bedisappointed though it would've been my fault. Above and beyond isn't the easier route (especially in a restaurant the daybefore Thanksgiving,) and in this case made a customer for life out of me! Thank you, Chelsea!
