Ordered on the app. Went straight over to pick it up and were there 20 minutes early. All The food was lukewarm to cold. They... forgot our biscuits and the dipping sauces. We tried to call at least 6 times and no one answered (just like the other reviewerssaid). The reason for 2 stars was that the flavor of their chicken is still good. If I had read the other reviews, we probablywouldn't have gone here and we DEFINITELY would have checked our bags before getting home. It's crazy to me that this place hasany business at all, when every review recently has complained about these same things and the service is CLEARLY subpar. No onewas even in the parking lot and they still couldn't get it right or hot and fresh. I don't understand businesses that allow thistype of incompetency to continue and don't do anything about it or to Care enough for their customers to even acknowledge all ofthese complaints. People are working and paying hard earned money for food that they're not even getting or that is cold.Where's the professionalism and customer service KFC??!! Just left the paid the extra for a breast didn't get it. plus the biscuis where hard as a ball ad the tenders was over cooked... and dry . They wasn't busy and no one inside eating. Got home realized my order wasn't complete and tried to call 3 time and noone wants to answer the phone. Read more
Food was yummy as always. Price good. Store service excellent and helpful. Will be going here again. Can't beat fried chicken.

Apparently won't accept a coupon because corporate said no... Why are they sending out coupons if they aren't allowed to take... them ???? I handed the coupon to her just fine and then inquired about the free beverage and she all of sudden said no to thecoupon, how odd. Never had any luck with this location anyways. There's an old man there that wears a name tag that says manager on it that was extremely rude and unpleasant. He chose the 3... large sides for me on my order and didn't let Me pick them. So when I asked him at the window which one I wanted he said NO! Andcontinued get the order. When he opened the window with the stuff I told him he performed a very bad service and want to cancelmy order. He again said NO! To take the food. I refused the order 5 times and he continued saying he wasn't going to cancel theorder. I told him I wasn't moving until he did so and finally he did. The appearance of the 3 pc combo original that I order did not appear to look original it appeared crispy. So I asked the... manager how long had the chicken been cooked and I was told thirty minutes ago NO! I have been really pleased with this KFC, having poor experiences with other ones. I?ve been here many times now and think the... Manager does a really good job. The portions are generous and the food is always hot. They move the Drive-thru very quickly.
