The BEST customer service I've received from any restaurant in forever!!! I decided to pop in to order take out for sick fam... members, had no clue what to order. They helped me customize my order, were efficient & even thoughtful! And, it wasn't just 1person who was kind, it was their entire staff. Ordered a spud, chili, french dip, chscake. Granted, it was off hours so itwasn't busy, but it was a very short wait and my fam said the food was delicious! Get the French Dip & add tri-color peppers andleave a tip! Nice job McAlisters. We came in for lunch this afternoon and was very rudely greeted at the counter/register by Julie. Julie treated my mother whom... is physically challenged with extreme disrespect. Rushing us to order, putting us down for the line behind us as well as. Shewas very mean and condescending. Not the friendly experience we have had here recently. Please address this. Stopped here for a quick, last minute dinner idea late one night for our first visit. Boy, that was a great move! I chose the... Pick 2 with a half New York sandwich and half Chef Salad. My wife went with the Pecanberry Salad. We got them to go because itwas nearing time for the restaurant to close. Once we got home and began eating we were both pleasantly surprised with ourchoices. My half sandwich was stacked with as much meat as most full sized versions at other places. The salad was nearly fullsized too. Both were delicious! My wife's Pecanberry salad became one of her all favorites that night. You can bet thatMcAlister's Deli will become a regular stop on our rotation of sandwich restaurants. This is it right here????. OMG... everything was great. I got the half sandwich and half salad. Not only is the food delicious,... the employees are great too. It was my first time and the waiter had so much patience with me. He was helpful when I couldn'tmake up my mind. He suggest I do the half & half. What's so great about that is u get to pick any 2 (sandwich, salad, spud, orsoup). I mean come on, u can't beat that. I'm gonna tell u like this. I've been back now 3xs ( by myself, w/ my daughter and w/my sister). It was jus enough food. As long as McAlister's food stays this way, they'll forever have a customer in me????. Read more

This is an excellent take out experience. First, I'm really impressed with how many items are available in half sized "choose 2"... portions. We were able to get a variety of items with this awesome option. The baked potato is their veggie one. I had themleave the peppers off. So for those who like bell peppers, image multi-colored ones on it. It was delicious. The cheese sauce isso creamy. The Savannah salad was perfect. I loved the sherry dressing. My friend also got the club with cranberry/orange. Sheliterally couldn't stop eating it was so yummy. Second, we ordered curbside pickup. On the drive home, the whole bagged tippedover in my new car! What could have been an @$&!!#@ experience was instead an oh-aren't-they clever!-Whoot! experience. Thebroccoli cheese soup (sooooo good!) was saran wrapped it supper tight. Not a drop leaked!
