Completely disappointed in the quality of food. The restaurant inside was absolutely cold. A little on the bland side. Tables... were freezing which cooled off the food. The staff were pleasant to deal with and provided good service. There are betterchoices around. Read more
I ordered online and when I picked up my order they drive thru I specifically asked for forks and napkins . The cashier told me... everything was in bag . To find out nothing was in bag . Now we have 4 meals and no forks to eat with ! Read more

Lazy staff. Pull up at 8, they say we only have 1 item avaliable will be a 10-15 min wait for anything else. We Say thats fine... and then order 3 plates. Pull up to the window and the manager tells us he wont complete our order because hes not makinganymore food tonight. Enjoy being lazy for the rest of your shift, manager!! You disappointed our kids and lost a customer. Fromthe looks of it, id say a re boot is needed at this location, start with the manager! Read more
The only reason I gave a two is because the staff are always nice but it would have been a -1 if I could rate it that way do to... only getting a small piece of beef in my beef in broccoli dish and I didn't see it until I got home (live 20 mins away) whathappened to the two scoop of main dish policy?! We love Panda Express. While their food is necessarily prepared ahead for anticipated orders, it is in small batches done... regularly to be fresh. Individual meals are good portions and the family feast is an especially good value. Menu selection isdiverse fresh and tasty with options for mild and spicy available. I like being able to see the food prepared and knowing thekitchen is clean. The staff are always friendly and fast. I have never had a long wait to be served. Read more
The food tastes great however my 3 entree was a bit of a joke. The third item comes in the tiniest box which was half full and... my string bean chicken consisted only of green beans. Would of loved some chicken with it. Read more
No drive-thru, was closed. No military discount, which is a first at any I have been to across the country. Was inside for 25... minutes waiting to order. Horrible service and cashier was rude. Not what is expected from a Panda Express. Read more
