We've been coming to this Smoothie King weekly for several months now and have found the manager/owner does not value his... customers. I'd had my eyes dilated and was essentially blind, which made me make an error placing my order through the app (Ithought I was hitting review order, but actually hit place order). I asked the manager in the store if he would have mercy on meand honor the deal I had intended to use and he said no. I had been loyal to him, but he proved he was not loyal to me.
